Breast Lift; No Implants; Love the New Me! - Beverly Hills, CA

First let me say it took me several years to save up, have the time, and find the right doctor. I am now 37 with two children 17 and 9 and let's just say my breast took a dive south while I am very athletic, training for bikini comp and the rest of my body had tone and definition just not my breasts. I hated looking at myself I hated taking my bra off with my partner I was very insecure with myself about my breast. They sagged, they were flat, the areola was stretched and wearing garments without support was not my friend. I hated wearing bikinis without support and dresses that were open back or that required no bra. My breast did not match my body.

I found Dr. Michael Obeng in Beverly Hills and had been his patient for 2.5 years and he took care of all my facial needs while consulting with about my breast procedure. His entire staff from beginning to end have been like family and very warm and welcoming.

I asked Dr. Obeng since I was so athletic would implants be necessary. He said no. I had enough tissue to create a natural lift. I was approved for surgery March 4 (my bday yay) and went for me labs and by the 27th I had my lift.

I saw doc the following Monday (3 days later) to remove the gauze and I must say I could have cried, he did such an amazing job! I didn't need implants he created such an perfectly shaped breast that even my friends asked if I had implants! My patient coordinator Robbie was fantastic he encouraged and helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure he was available even after surgery for. I love Dr. Obeng for giving me new confidence and beautiful bod! now I can wear everything I ever wanted!

I had no complication, just a little blister because I fell asleep with an ice pack on. Surgery was so painless for me just sore the first 48 hours, not everyone is like this!

I am an athlete and work out 6x times so it was easy for me get back up and running. I had surgery on Friday and went back to work and driving by Monday. I also took only 2 pills of Percoset after surgery and one Saturday morning, I wasn't in excruciating pain so I didn't need to pop pain pills

What worked me:
Icing every 20m (if you have someone to help you even when your in/out of sleep move them around)
Sleeping on an incline
Drink tons of water
Use the bathroom as much as you can
I ate fresh fruit and soup for 72 hours
take your antiobiotics and vitamins provide
Taking small walks around the house and sit down immediately when you feel weak.
I also had EVERYTHING in arms reach by my beside and I mean everything LOL

This breast lift was the best thing I ever did!

So happy to share my updates! okay dont judge me i still have my steri strips on but doc is taking them off tomorrow! Im so excited!! Im healing wonderfully! My nature one boob is bigger than the other lol but I am not complaining its my unique Identity lol! I am up and running I'm doing light workouts and drinking tons of water! Swelling is 75% gone and I feel great! I have a little pressure/tightening where my sutures are I suppose that is the healing process. I have full range of motion w my arms however lets not crazy I still cant lift a pack up of bottled water. :-( I hope someone finds this post helpful!
