TERRIBLE SCARS. PAINFUL, nipples look mutilated. When I first got my breast done I loved them. Then I started noticing the scars becoming raised. I went back to Dr. Chiu to show him the scars forming to try and prevent it from getting worst. He told me it was my bra. However, the part that was starting to scar my bra wasn't touching. Before I got my surgery I said, scars were my main concern because African American skin is prone to scar bad. I didn't want my scars to show through my shirt. He assured me they wouldn't. He sold me some expensive scar cream and silicone strips which didn't adhere to my skin long. They didn't even have the one for breast lifts, so I had to cut the pieces. My breast look completely deformed, my scar has taken over my nipple and shows through my shirt. Even if I have breasts covers on my scar still shows. My last visit I told him I was in extreme pain from the scars, I can't even lay down on them. My shirt touching my breasts even hurts . My nipple is completely raised and I'm so embarrassed. When I went in to see if he would fix it he wanted to charge me $500+ for each breast to inject them with kenelog to flatten scar. Wow! I paid over $10,000 and can't even fix the deformity that could have been prevented in after care. I don't have the money to pay $500 each time for injections in scars. I had terrible breasts my whole life and finally had enough to fix them and now they look like an animal mauled me. Maybe if he would have injected with cortisone when I first noticed the scar it wouldn't have got this bad. My husband told me it was a bad investment because they look ugly due to the scaring. I expected to have scars, but these are unbearable. I wish I would have researched more before going to him. I heard other surgeons would have fixed it no charge. I'm going to post pictures and reviews on every single site. I even talked to someone at the office and told them how upset I was about my scars, they said they would talk to Dr. Chiu and get back to me. I GOT NO CALL! I'm also going to post pictures of how terrible my nipples look. Like I said, I know scars are inevitable, but this is beyond scars. I have rope like nipples with red going all around my breasts. Also, I had noticed right after surgery my left nipple had a weird shape and he didn't offer to fix it. I'M SO MAD!
