I have always hated my B cups and after I breast fed I hated them more! They were pretty much non-existent, but still B's. I decided to get implants.
I received them through the belly button (saline), behind the muscle. I was scared the morning of (because I had never had surgery). I couldn't have had an easier experience. I was under for about 20 minutes and came out with a size D. A size D in implants does not seem as big as a D in real breasts in my opinion, but I think it is the perfect size for me. I am 5'7", Medium frame, not skinny but not overweight.
I didn't have a scar and the pain was not bad at all. Really. I am a chicken and I was walking around by day 2.
I would say take a week off and have someone to take care of you the first 3 days. After that it drastically gets better.
I have had them since summer of 2008 and still love them!
