I had my B cups transformed in large D cups with silicone implants. I was actually surprised how little it hurt, but I'd say it's important for you to be patient to allow them to drop. Took me a couple months for them to totally settle. Dr. Neavin in Beverly Hills did a fantastic job! I'm very happy with the results. Can hardly even see a scar in the fold.
