I got my implants 2 years ago. This is how they looked from the day I got home from the hospital. I got silicone through the nipples under the muscle. In shirts , and bras , and swim suits they look great. But when the bra comes off I have this? They are also both very soft. I do a lot of massaging still to this day. My doc told me its not bottomed out, he said wear a strap of some kind to push it down. I've cried, strap only hurts my neck and back. Please help!! If I try and fix this will they get worse?? I'm so embarrassed.

I know this is late and I'm sure you've found an answer already but I wonder if it ruptured/leaked. I'm not a medical expert but I wonder if that's the case. Hope you found your solution.

Did he ever offer to fix this? I'm experiencing the same issues with my right breast, and he's acting like that's just the way I healed and not due to any error on his part. He wants to charge an extra $2100 to "stitch" the right side up to match the left.

I'm sorry to hear that your breasts are uneven. Unfortunately no matter how hard I may try I can't get implants to heal evenly every time. There is a lot that is out of my hands. Even if you do everything correctly sometimes one side will get stiffer than the other or one side will drop more. Therefore, we never guarantee results. All I can say is that I will always try my best and my best is usually pretty good. What I can guarantee is that your breasts did not look like that right after surgery . And if you call the office and tell us who you are I would be more than happy to find photos that show how they looked after surgery.
