I just had breast augmentation 2 weeks ago and loving my results so far . My pre op size: 32 full A /small b and wanted to be a small D . I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Kim . He put 397cc silicone gel mod + on both of my breast . I've been wanting to do this for such a long time but I always have mixed feelings about it because of worrying about having unnatural results . I want to have a full looking breast and I don't mind if it's a little big as long as they look naturally big . It was hard to decide about the size but I definitely picked the best size for me .

Oh my god your operation looks magestic! Please do another update! I would love to see how they've healed over the month. I am doing my procedure soon and am also of a small figure, so I'm trying to figure out how many ccs I should opt for to reach my goal of a C cup. Also I am wondering what is the difference between silicone and silicone gel mod +?

Thanks you ! :) silicone gel mod plus tend to look more natural but sometimes it still depends with a lot of things but generally silicone gel mod plus looks more natural .
