hey, super, you're happy! I am a little confused by the middle pic of your nose. Did you have an accident ? In the first pic your nose is as bump-free as in the third one!

Hey yeah I had went skiing and crashed and fell on my nose, that's why I wanted to have the revision surgery :/ xx

Kmaxx, i get that! So the ps didn't have to struggle as much , nor did you. There may have been hardly any anxiety since you knew what to expect after the surgery! Cool. I'm tempted to consider a nose job from time to time, i know I'd look ridiculous afterwards. I wouldn't like to end up like KK, quirky and alienish. She used to be such a beauty, around 20 years ago.

you look gorgeous! And yeah When I had my boobs done it was a little hard to get used to at first but they will drop over the next year and fluff and feel much more natural. But he did an amazing job bringing them closer together. My doc wasn't as skilled and my boobs are sooo far apart, they look like they're mad at each other, hah! So this makes me happy to see from Kim. As for the suture, id call his office and see what he recommends. Loooove the nose too. Your review is making me confident about Kim and I'm even thinking of moving my surgery up a couple months to the end of summer. How is the front view doing? I know that one takes much longer to heal but I'd love to see it when/if you feel comfortable! Thanks for sharing :)

Yes move it up I couldn't imagine waiting for months, I had mine done 3 weeks after first emailing him, I'd be dying with anticipation otherwise! The front view pretty much looks the same as the last pictures I posted I will update if it makes any progress :) okay I will call them now to see what they say xx

Thankyou! It's all been fine, I'm finding that the tip is much more swollen than the first time round but hoping that's normal? Not really sure but I have the boobs to distract me from worrying too much haha

Cast off the noseee :)

So I'm back in the UK and had my cast off on Friday. Super jet lagged and greasy looking right now so I've just put pics from Friday up, so 7 days post op. I'm really happy with the results so far, he did exactly what I requested :) you can't tell the difference in the tip due to the swelling in these pics but from the profile it looks like I'm going to get that very subtle curve which I really want :) when the cast first came off it really looked perfect but unfortunately by the time I'd got back to the hotel I was staying it had swollen up so much that it looks like the mess you see in the pics. but super happy so far, thank you Dr. Kim

Day 5 post-op, new bruising?

Just woken up this morning to find a load of new bruises underneath my nipples and a bit below that too :/ is this normal? Why have they appeared so late? Maybe I was massaging too hard I'm a bit confused by that.

Anyway I'm super bored in the hotel I switched to another one yesterday just for a change and can't stop ordering room service, can't wait to get the cast off on Friday and fly home to London - constant food deliveries + lying in bed all day = no buenoooo
