$20,600
I'm having a breast augmentation, lift and revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim on the 1st May. I've lost over 40lbs which has destroyed my breasts and was unhappy with outcome of my primary rhinoplasty with Basim Matti, especially after a skiing accident reversed any good work that he had done :(
I found Dr. Kim through real self and as there doesn't seem to be any surgeon of his calibre in London, my home, I have travelled to LA alone to have the surgery :)

Consult, Surgery and Day one :)
So I flew into LAX on Thursday at 2pm and had the consult with Dr. Kim at 4pm so took all my luggage to his centre in Beverly Hills. I found him to be really lovely and much more friendly than I had come to expect from reading so many of his other reviews, which was a nice surprise. The consult listed about 20 minutes in all, and we discussed size, shape, and whether I would need a full lift or a mini lift due to the weight loss.
He advised that a mini lift would be enough to make my breasts perky and explained how it would work. After showing him my wish pics, (shoutout to krubio! :D) we decided that around a 400c implant would fit and as it's upper pole fullness that I'm lacking we chose high profile implants. As for the nose, I asked for a slight curve and for it to be tilted a bit up as I find that look very feminine. I also requested for the nostrils to be reduced (alar base reduction), which costs an extra $1000. After signing the consent forms I went to my hotel, it was about 6pm LA time when I got there but on London time it was 2am so I was absolutely knackered! But so excited for the op I couldn't sleep through the night and by 4am was pacing around counting down the minutes until I could leave for surgery at 6am.
Surgery:
I was the first patient of the day as I'm having so much done, went in and thought there was no one there but there turned out to be a little nurse tinkering out getting everything ready for me, she was super friendly and made me feel very relaxed. Dr. Kim then came in and confirmed what we had discussed the evening previously and then the anaesthesiologist put me to sleep, it was such a lovely drowsy feeling before I went under :)
I woke up at about 1pm, feeling pretty good tbh I think they'd given me a lot of pain meds, I felt quite floaty! As I travelled to the US alone the out of town co-ordinator had made sure that I booked a nurse for the first 24hours just in case something went wrong. So the nurse took me back to a hotel, made sure I took my meds at the right time and just helped out wherever she could, I'm not sure what I would have done without her as it was much more painful and debilitating that I expected.
Post Op Day One
Aaaaanyway, the next morning I went to take the bandages off and was quite shocked at how big they were! Dr. Kim explained that because there was so much excess skin from where I had lost weight (I used to be a 32FF), he had had to go up to 450cc in order to fill it out. He also took the packing out of my nose which was a huge relief. So far I'm not sure what to think of them, they look a hell of a lot bigger in real life than in photos, but we'll see :)

I can't wait to see your nose! I am happy with mine but I think I want my nostrils smaller. I didn't ask for it at the time I got my rhino though. Your boobs look amazing! :)

Thankyou :) yes I'm dying to see the nose it's way more important to me than the boobs, if it is like yours I will be so happy! [RS bleep]

Thanykou :) I saw you ask on another page what the quote is for Dr. Kim - I booked the surgery in April and at that point it was $7500 for saline and $9100 for silicone [RS bleep]
