I'm re-posting my "night before" entry as the first one didn't go through and I want this to follow my journey as much as possible.

I'm getting boobs tomorrow! I can't believe the day has come but I am so excited and not actually very nervous at all. I've never had surgery or anesthesia but I know I'm in good hands.
I've wanted bigger boobs for a long time and started to seriously consider breast augmentation toward the end of 2015. I spent the last year doing a ton of research - reading about different doctors, watching videos, learning about round vs anatomical and smooth vs textured and all that jazz, and looking at more before and afters than I care to admit. My photo library is filled with boobs I like - it's pretty funny.
I go in at 10:30am tomorrow and am just so excited. My surgeon is going to choose the size based on the wish pics I've showed him - he uses temporary implants in the operating room to see what will look great, and then he chooses the implant accordingly.
When trying sizers, I've been happy with around 500-550cc. The bigger numbers intimidate me a bit - don't want to look overly top heavy or unnatural. But, I have gotten more comfortable with potentially getting bigger implants especially if that's what it takes to get the result I want.
This community has been so helpful to me. I'm excited to share more with you all.

The details!
I ended up getting textured round 505cc implants. They're under the muscle, with an inframammary incision.
They're perfect. I'm so happy with them. I'm eager to see how they're going to look once they settle and fluff and all of that good stuff :)
I decided to get textured instead of smooth for a few reasons (this was the hardest and last decision I had to make). They're more firm, which suits my body better — my natural breasts are fairly firm. They also may reduce capsular contracture by 3-4%, and they don't require regular massage.
