Moderate profile , under the muscle, inframmary crease incision. Silicone natrelle inspira 405cc On both sides. I was up and walking the day of surgery and every day after. I could raise my arms Day 2. I saw alot of people do but I personally never lost use of my arms. i never really had that stiff boxy look as you can see from my pics and had cleavage from day1. I was in pain Day 1-3 nothing to terrible, I controlled it with my pain meds, the worst part is the fatigue and bloating. After day three pain is very mild and there is just pressure, felt like a baby was on my chest. I’m now one week post op and feel 80% myself the only time I feel pressure is when I wake up in the morning or If I do to much during the day. I showed him my desired result in a picture and it was a 32c. No regrets Im 100% satisfied.
