36A to 32DD - Look Very Natural but..

I’m four years in and while I still enjoy being larger and don’t get as self conscious, I do have two dents, they look like thumbprints, next to my sternum between my breasts. When I lay down it’s even more noticeable and I feel like they have gotten worse. I remember Dr. Choi mentioning these at one of my follow-ups as he noticed them before I did as I didn’t know what to expect. He mentioned my high or large sternum? They never went away and have only gotten worse. It just makes them look super fake. While he mentioned fat grafts, that would be thousands more dollars and I feel like my sternum was something that could have been planned for so this shouldn’t have happened or had been fixed for free. Disappointing only four years in after waiting 36 to get it done.

I never wanted to go much larger than a full B, small C due to my lifestyle. However, I ended up a DD or D, depending on bra. The ‘thumbprints’ have only made me more self conscious so I’d really like to get smaller implants and have some solution to the clavicle dents. I won’t even wear many v-necks or low cut anything due to them. Also, I have SO much side boob. It’s great but also my boobs jump into my arms all the time. I was TEENY before so I’d want the exact same implant feeling. I’d leave it up to doctor to recommend shape though so the dents don’t happen again. I have silicone, tear drop shape. I LOVE feeling and shape.
