I've done tons of research on plastic surgeons in Orange County and Los Angeles. Somehow I came across Dr. Kim website and felt in love with his before and after photos right away. I finally had my consultation with Dr Kim in August 2014 and was very happy with his response. I told him I wanted a full C. He told me that my ribcage was very narrow, plus the skin at the sternum (between the breasts) is slightly raised), So he's thinking of high profile 375CC. He also said that the creases of my 2 breasts were not at the same level, I would try to make them even during surgery. At my preop, I had my blood work done. Dr. Kim came in to confirm the size and my allergy history then he left. My meeting with him was less than 5 min. On the surgery day, I showed Dr. Kim my wish pics, he told me that if I wanted a full C, my result would look perky compared to my wish pics, which was not perky on top. I told him I like perky look. He told me he would try his best to make them look as natural as possible. That was it. Right after surgery, I woke up seriously dizzy and nauseated. I felt like it was 50% unconscious. The nurse took care of me was so rude, she was scolding me, raising her voice and telling me to open my eyes and it was time for me to go home. That I was on that bed for 2 hours already. That was not right at all. I really wanted to tell her I was not feeling well at all, but I couldn't even my mouth. The receptionist wheeled me down waiting for my husband to bring his car over. I heard she was mumbling what took him so long. Sometimes, working at a busy place can makes people so cold-hearted. Anyway, the day after surgery, I came in for Dr. Kim to cut off the bandage. He told me to start massage on day four, 3 times a day 5 min each time. I asked the receptionist what size & profile he gave me. She told me 350cc both sides high profile.

Looking good. Mine are still sitting pretty high like yours ... Do yours feel like your skin can't stretch any more or is it just me? I can't wait for mine to calm down - too over the top for me ATM. Yours look fab though!!! [RS bleep]

Do you still feel really swollen and tight, or when do you feel like the worst of it subsided?

The first 4 days were the worst. I feel like I couldn't breath. Vicodin made me threw up& nauseated so I only took 1/2 tablet of vicodin & 1 tylenol 500mg every 6 hrs for the first 4 days. Starting day 5, I only took 2 tabs of tylenol 500mg every 6 hrs. Sleeping is still hard because of the sport bra. Check out my day 10th pic

Starting day 8, I only took 2 tylenol 500 mg twice daily. During the day, sometimes I feel a little heavy up top or tight because my work requiress hand moving a lot. I just need to mess

Massage a little then I would feel better. At night, sometimes my boobs became so hard, but after a few min of massaging, it got softer. Originally my left boob is bigger, I thought Dr Kim would give me different size but when I woke up. They told me he gave me 350 on both. Now my left boob is bigger.
