Breast fed for 6 months and still feel breasts are...
WORTH IT$5,800
Breast fed for 6 months and still feel breasts are perky. Currently a 36B (according to Victoria secret feel more like an A) am looking to be around a full D /DD. When I breast fed went up to 38C so would like to go bigger. My doctor is recommending me to go to 650ccs high profile mentor under muscle. I don't know if I'm going too big right away. I was thinking around 575cc's maybe even 600cc's but he said because I have a wider chest I should go 650cc being that I have hips. I'm 5'7" 165lbs and primarily have most of my weight on my hips which are 45". I'm not sure if I'm going to big or if I should go with that size. I would hate to go too small and have to get another surgery to fix it. Would I be better off doing 575ccs or 600cc and is a big difference between that and 650cc's?

Yea I went the 650cc HP. They took my bandages off yesterday and the girls are feeling a little swollen so just icing them and keeping up with my meds.

Happy for you and happy healing!!!

Passed the worse and now loving how they are setting
Hi guys ! Sorry I took long. Those first few days were a little brutal for me just because the anesthesia got me a little nauseated. Luckily, Dr Glick was amazing and gave me percocet, zofran, and ativan and I've been recovering great. My bandages were removed two days later and reporting no oozing, brusing, or swelling. Today is day 6 and have a little bit of tightness here and there but I've been icing my girls and they've been behaving. Can't wait till I can see my girls drop !

They look amazing!!

May 28, 2016
Thank you ! I'm hoping time flies so they can drop already lol I'm sure everyone gets this impatient haha

Where did you find that front close bra? It looks soft and supportive! I found one online at Walmart that looks similar. My BA is in 10 days so doing some prep work. :) Your breasts look amazing btw!

May 28, 2016
Its fruit of the loom I actually got it at Walmart. My PS told me to not get anything fancy. It's really comfortable and very breathable. Thank you ! I was a little self conscious about how they looked just because their so high but I know that's how their supposed to look. Yeah you don't have to buy anything big or your new size. You can get your old band size and your new breasts will work their way into the sports bra. I was worried mine would be too small but they fit comfortable. Only issue I'm having is I normally sleep side ways and I've been having to sleep on my back so currently on the search for a body pillow.

May 29, 2016
I have a body pillow from pregnancy that I feel would be amazing if you're interested! It is the boppy, it's kind of shaped like an S, and you can even wrap it around your back and sides to keep you sleeping on your back if needed. I had to sleep slightly sitting up because of heartburn during the last stretch so maybe it'll help you on your back too! I have been using mine for years even while not pregnant. Amazon has it!

May 29, 2016
Sounded like I was trying to sell you MY pillow, lol, I just meant I recommend it haha!
May 30, 2016
Thank you for the help! I hope you find a decent body pillow so you can get the most out of your rest. Best wishes!

May 30, 2016
Haha it did sound like you were selling yours. I actually looked up the one you said and got it on amazon ! :) I hope it really helps because I haven't had a good sleep. I take my muscle relaxer to sleep at night but when I wake up I feel extremely tight on breast and till feel tired. Can't wait till my pillow comes in :)

My vote is go small. 600 is ALOT of boob. I am looking to explant after 13 years of implants. I will downsize from a DD to an A cup and I will likely need a lift too. I thought boobs would balance my frame but it just made me look older and heavier. This surgery ( lift and explant) will cost me about 14k. Including my initial surgery which was 7k so that's 21k total. I have 325cc saline they dominate my body and add alot of weight on my frame. Do what makes you happy but remember you will likely have to change them out in about 10 years. If you were my friend I'd say contemplate a lift instead or consider fat transfer. Nobody could talk me out of implants when I was about to get them so I understand if my two cents isn't welcome. I will add my implants get in the way of everything - buying tops that fit is hard even hugging your kids isn't the same because you have big old balloons on your chest getting in the way. But you may love them some do. Best to you and your decision !!!

Sorry please ignore my last post, I should have paid closer attention you already had surgery. You look great congrats on your new boobs!

May 29, 2016
I highly appreciate your comment. I was very open minded prior to getting my surgery and wanted to seek the opinion of everyone before deciding so I do appreciate your comment. I wanted to just get a size that matched my body because I have body building shoulders and my breasts were too small for my upper body. I'm happy with the results. I don't think I'll have boob greed and want to go bigger.
May 29, 2016
Lol boob greed. You look great it is harsh what these babies do to our bodies and boobies but soo worth it :) . Again sorry I should have been more careful about making sure Im replying to the most recent post.
May 29, 2016
So what kind and size implant did you get?

May 29, 2016
I went with a 650cc natrelle instead of mentor under the muscle and went under the fold instead of the nipple since my nipples aren't that big to begin with didn't want such a huge implant to go between a small nipple. It worked out great because they don't look huge they fit my shoulders just like my PS said they would.
May 29, 2016
Is that a saline implant? I never heard of behind the fold?? But they look great!! I wanted to go bigger but with a lift they said my scars would be wide

June 1, 2016
I went with Natrelle (Allergen) 650cc's both sides under the muscle and incision was done under the fold

June 1, 2016
Oops sorry didn't realize I replied lol the fold is basically under the breast below the nipple. I was initially going to go through the nipple but decided to do under the breast. The incision is close to an inch so not too big. Hopefully that helps

Hi I'm also six days post op. I'm in the same boat I wake up every day and immediately look at the mirror to see if they have dropped. Glad to see you're happy with your girls!

June 1, 2016
Haha yea I do the same thing everyday I'm constantly looking at them and seeing if their lower than the day before I'm so impatient haha but thank you I love them even though they still hurt a bit. Hope your girls came out great too !
June 5, 2016
Yes, I do love them. Still haven't dropped. Do you have any suggestions I been massaging and using the strap. Hopefully you're having better luck than me or maybe we are both bery impatient lol.

June 5, 2016
So as for me I went to Walgreen's (basically similar to a CVS) purchased an ice pack that's mostly for the back area that has a strap and occasionally will ice them for 20 min. I'll massage them side to side holding each side for 30 secs and up and down for 30 secs. I haven't gone braless too much unless if I'm icing them. For the most part the more compression I have (good sports bra) the better. I feel its less pressure. I ran out of my percocet already so I'm taking naproxen (Aleve) twice a day and take my muscle relaxer only at night. I've noticed it helps more. Don't over massage your breast since their still healing. I only do it when they feel hard or in my case I compare it to feeling engorged. I'll post another post op pic soon I haven't had a chance since we're in the process of moving -_- but I will post another pic today or tmw :)
June 5, 2016
Thank you. Why Doctor didn't perscribe any muscles relaxers. I only took the pain killers for two days and have also stopped taking the over the counter. I'll try the ice pack hopefully that helps. I'm back to work and feel like it's obvious how high it is ( two fingers bellow my collar bone). Maybe I'm just selfconscious. Can't wait to see your pics.
