bra dilemma!!
Hi all! I'm getting so tired of these sport bras! I'm wondering... When is it safe to start buying and wearing regular bras!?! I'm afraid if I start wearing them I'll disfigure my healing or even injure myself? I'm such a worry wart.. Guuuuurrrls I didn't spend 10k to have em looking funky cuz I got restless ooookkkaaayyyy!? Better safe then sorry! Please advise! Oh ANNND I dont want to spend a fortune on bras that might not fit well later.. Since according to many, I haven't finished d&f-ing. please please advise. Thank u!!

Not that I have experience yet, but the best thing to do would be to ask Dr. K or one of the girls because they give specific instructions about that. I just got my instructions, so I'm actually going to look...okay, you probably have this in your papers too, but I'll repeat it here for you.
They say to wear the sports bra day/night for one month.
After that, they say that you can wear a regular bra with wire but no padding. But they say that you should still wear your sports bra at night for 3 months.
I can imagine you are so ready to go buy some pretty new bras!! : )

I'm 13 days postop had my stiches removed yesterday and Dr. Kim said I can start wearing uderwire bras now. However I'm going to wait for a few more weeks because the girls haven't dropped yet and like you I'm afraid of messing them up. I am however going to buy a bit bigger sports bra because this one is cutting into my rib cage, Dr. Kim said that was ok. Have you been applying anything to your incisions?
Wow that's early! Well actually I e done nothing with incisions except to wash them with soap and water. No creams lotions oils etc... I'm sure u can but I would check wih dr. They healed fine with nothing and no scar is visible.

good morning! I love this forum because it's like a journal for me :) it's amazing how many positive and supportive woman there are in this world!!!! Anyways! More of them ol bathroom pics :) I need an opinion please?....are my breaSts done with their dropping and fluffing? It's been 1 month and a week and I feel as though they haven't changed much since 10 days. I'm happy with the result this far, in fact I feel if they drop Anymore it may be too much? ALL Opinions welcomed! Thank u!
