Wow. Time flies by.
It's 2 days from my 7th year with these implants.
Here are some updates:
• I'm 33 now.
• They've dropped & fluffed over the years. I wear a bralette most of the time to prevent them from sagging but it's def not as supportive as a bra. However, I love that no matter what bra or bralette I wear, I have cleavage 24/7. I guess that's the benefit of getting high profile.
• Speaking of bras, I rarely wear them. I love wearing just nipple pasties in small tops or a seamless bralette under clothes.
• Throughout this review thread, I've stated that I thought that they're too big for me. I still stand by this. Trust your gut when you want to opt for a smaller size. Don't feel pressured to go big or go home. My friend who got implants done by a different doctor used my case to advocate for a smaller size. We both like her smaller size as we both are petite asians & think it looks more natural.
• Dr. David did a great job on the surgery. I'm very pleased with how they've looked throughout the years.
• No complications post-surgery. I get random pin sharp pain every once in a while but it's nothing concerning as it's super random and is probably my body reminding me of my implants. Anyone get this with or without implants?
• Nipple sensation has come back 50-70%. My nipples were extremely sensitive pre-op but post-op and after years of healing, they've regained that percentage of what I used to have, which is still good.
• The one downside of getting high profile is when I wear super low-cut or low v-cuts because the cleavage is like BAM in yo face & distracting (esp to men). I even catch my girl friends staring at my titties cuz "they look so supple." Like maam...my eyes are up here lol.
In conclusion:
Zero regrets.
If you've always wanted it, get it but make sure you do your research and give a lot of thought to what is your ideal size for your body proportions.

Oops the update right before this one was not titled correctly, it’s actually been over 2 years! Wow time flies! Here are today’s photos of my girlies.
Overall I’m very happy with them and love the confidence they gave me to wear so many cute bralettes and tops! They are a bit too big still, but they’re so much better than my super flat chest before so I ain’t mad about.
If you have a petite chest/rib size like me, I recommend the moderate plus profile implants like the ones I got.

Just wondering if you knew what your bwd was? Sorry tried finding it through your old post but wasn't able to locate it. I'm torn between 275cc vs 300cc high profile based on mentors dimensions but I'm not sure what my bwd is either. I'm thinking around 10.5cm. Do you know which brand of implants you got as well? TIA :)

I posted a photo of the implant cards in my previous posts somewhere. I don't know what my BWD is exactly, but my bra bust size was in between 30-32. Hope that helps!

Thanks very much for the quick response! It's so helpful that you still use your account 2 years post-op. Your response helped lots, I was able to find your implant cards and what your surgeon believed your bwd to be in your previous post as well. Your boobs look great! Like you I don't want to go too big either :( Can't tell you enough how helpful your review and response was, it's so hard to find petite women who share the same stats lol. Thanks again!!!

Your results are incredible! I'm considering going to Dr Kim as well because it seems like his results are always soft/squishy. How have yours been?

Sorry for the super late reply, but mine are firm. You can def tell they're implants because I still don't have a lot of natural fat on my breasts.

Can you tell me how your doctor was able to avoid rippling on the sides?
January 5, 2021
By going under the muscle. Sometimes when I hunch over and feel my implants, I can feel the rippling but I never see it through my skin
