8 days post op
I feel as if ive risen from the dead. What a week, ay? Goodness. However, good to know, after one week, you will be almost back to normal. Butt still swollen, but bruising is starting to go away.
BINDER. So, when putting your binder on, make sure the velcro is on the right of you. USE PADDING SO IT WONT DENT YOUR SIDES AND CAUSE BURNS 2) put the middle one on first and the tightest (this will give you you're small waist) 3) then, your ab board (if desired), this is for extra flatness on your lower tummy. I have also noticed that many girls have the fluid filled sacs down there; ive done this step and no fluid filled anything at my post op meeting with dr. Hazani.
STAGE 2 GARMENT. Ok, this [RS bleep] hurts the first time. Trying to put on this tiny ass garment with butt swollen and in pain, fatigue is bound to happen. TRICK. I FOUND A WAY NOT TO HURT. Youll need 2 extra people. One in the front and one in the back while you hold the sides. Pull out, then up. Your welcome!
Number 2. When i have the stage 2 on, i feel like going. Why? Im guessing because the pressure is off my butt and my crack can breathe. However, by the time i take everything off, the pain of that makes me lose the urge to go. Sux! Still waiting to go. Sighs
All the things you need for post op almost nothing! I didnt get [RS bleep]. The surgery was too freaking expensive already! All you need are U Kotex pads for draining (it works good), neosporin (for your incisions), pain killers and antibiotics (you definitely need this), monistat (the antibiotics will kill all the good bacteria in your vagina and you will get a yeast infection), soups and protein drinks (i got gnc ones, but you could get ensure), 2 or 3 doggy pads (so you dont leak all over your mattress, and lots of sleep!
You dont need to buy all the other stuff. Its a waist of money, but do what you want. This is just how i got through this ordeal.

Im scared to use the bathroom, number 2. Its hard to poop while holding yourself up. Im so afraid, my bottom is still bruised and sore. Still trying to figure this out, ladies. Ill let you know when i do. I calleed the office for advice, and debbie tells me i should be able to figure it out. Wtf? Is there a nurse i could call, or i have to do research to figure this out?
Bathing. Ive been sponge bathing. Im too dizzy to stay on my feet that long.
