Is this the garmet, and binder that came with the surgery? How was your recovery?
September 9, 2015
Yes, I bought one prior to surgery and I also got one on my post op visit appointment with Dr. Hazani.
Recovery was good actually not as bad as I was expecting. I was only on pain Meds for the first 2 days. I was up walking around, you do drain a lot of fluids so I was constantly changing my abdominal pads but that really only lasted for the first 4 days. I did have lipo in the arms and thighs and mid section so my skin was very soar and sensitive but very tolerable. My buttocks feels hard at first but as the days past it seems to be getting softer.

Thanks for quick reply. My surgery is in two months. Did he give you a bbl pillow with the surgery, if so what type? Did you buy any ab boards/foam? Any recommendations on post/pre surgery?

I bought a BBL pillow it works ok, sitting is just hard because still feel pressure and I'm so worried to put any pressure on my buttock.
I didn't use ab boards/ foam I dont think they are necessary. The surgery binder and compression garment should work.
Definitely you will need sterile abdominal pads for the fluid that you will be draining, and underpads to lay on. Drink plenty of fluids and try to walk around the house post surgery. As I mention the only challenging thing now Is trying to lay and sit comfortable.
Your going to be excited and it will all be over sooner than you expect!

Thanks for all of your advice! You look really good! I think hardest part will be sleeping on my stomach... Was thinking of buying a body pillow, but don't know if it will help! I guess I will pass on the ab boards and foam
