Swelling is still prevalent,
I still have a lot of bruising on my inner thighs
Honestly going crazy with nothing To do and all I want to do is sit down and watch tv like a normal person
He said everything is healing normally and I'm still very swollen but it's still very very early in the healing process

Hey there! I had surgery today. I literally have no bruising, except a small area on my inner thighs! My wraps they gave me are falling off also. I tightened them myself as my nurse is gone. I'm not even in a lot of pain! Draining very well too. Can't wait for the swelling to go down

I took the picture right before I finally had a bowel movement. I feel way better.
Been taking stool softners and drinking prune juice. I think not taking pain pills today finally allowed me to poop.
Going in for my post op today.
Finally getting my stage 2 garments. I'm actually worried about my inner thighs. Has anyone else had to throw away the ace bandages hazani gave u to compress your thighs? They were bloody and did not stay on well.
So paranoid I'm doing something wrong.
I'm still pretty swollen. My back still had fluid I can feel it !
Been eating more regularly.
Actually going crazy since all I do is lay on my stomach and watch tv or on my laptop.
It's only been day 5'!!!

I very swollen still too and I think me and you had surgery on the same day. I also had Bodytite done on my arms. I see my doctor tomorrow so I'm going to ask him if he put that fat in my butt too lol. I had my fat taken from bra rolls, back, and flanks. Idk how many cc's I have in my butt yet but I see doctor tomorrow so I will ask. Glad you are doing ok. Good luck

I like this garment way better !
Although he says to put the first waist trainer he gives you over it.
I didn't buy a new one.
And ab board only on nights :)

This is the ab board I bought. I'm actually using this for both back and abs. Works just wonders
I've been literally wearing this for a few hours today and swelling has already been down. If you compare to the pic I took earlier today and the one I just posted you can definitely see difference

Also be careful if you do this because extra drainage will occur. Make sure to put extra pads

You look really great!! You had your thigh lipoed? How's the pain level on that & do you see somewhat of a difference on thighs?

Yea I had things too
Thighs itch the most!
Pain isn't horrible. Just the garments are uncomfortable

I hated my first garment too!
I took breaks in between wearing first garment just because it was so incomfortable.
I don't have a seroma or fluid build up but that may be because I used ab board starting the day after surgery. It hurt at first but I drained a lot !
