After having 3 kids and gaining weight and losing...

After having 3 kids and gaining weight and losing weight, my butt lost lots of volume. After my last pregnancy I gained so much weight and struggled with loosing it. I was at my highest at 190lbs. So of course I was depressed and sad. My ex husband was extremely mentally abusive so that didn't help. After many struggles and a divorce I found myself in a better place. I lost 50 lbs! Eating less and exercising more I was finally closer to my pre baby weight. I've fluctuated with my weight throughout the years from 135-145 unfortunately I've never really been able to tone up my booty. I've done it all to try and get some projection back but nothing seems to work. I had never really thought of getting plastic surgery to fix it. I always thought this is my body and I have to love it the way it is. So I lived this way for years and I was fine, until my sister decided to get a BBL last year. Her body looked amazing, she never really had a butt or hips. I was the one with the hips and big butt, she's always told me how she wanted my curves. I would always laugh cause to me my body wasn't something to be admired. So after seeing her results and realizing I could do the same to make my body look a little bit better I decided I would also get a BBL! The thought of never having to see that flat, deflated no projection butt! Just made me smile. Finally my skirts, jeans and dresses would look like I've always wanted them to.
After stalking RS and reading tons of reviews and going to 3 consultations I decided to go with Dr Hazani. I had my appointment, he looked at my body told me I was a great candidate for a BBL but I would eventually need a TT since I did have 3 kids and my tummy is full of stretch marks. But that has never really bothered me I've lived with them for most of my life. Maybe later on I'll consider it. For now let's focus on my butt. He said he would lipo my stomach, flanks and back. He said he would like to try to use between 1200-1600 cc. And in order for him to do that he would also need my inner thigh fat. I was fine with that. I wanted my butt back! Not a huge Kim kardishian butt, just a full round projected butt that I once had. I showed him some examples of what I wanted and also showed him a pic of my own butt the way I would want it to look using this plastic surgery app lol. I didn't want him to add to my hips since I felt that my hips were big enough, he said he would need to add a bit to sculpt and shape it so it would look better. I wasn't really thrilled at the fact that I wouldn't be able to sleep on my side since I'm not a stomach sleeper but he's the expert and I'm not about to go through all this pain to end up with a less than perfect results. So it's set I was scheduled for Nov 11th at 8:30 am at the Roxbury medical center. The process was pretty easy. Got my labs done, paid my balance, and bought all my supply. I wasn't nervous or scared since I had taken care of my sis I kind of already knew what I would need and what to expect so I was ok. The only thing I didn't get beforehand which I feel is super important if your going to have inner thigh lipo is compression thigh high socks. I figured Dr Hazani would have put them on after surgery but he only warped them with bandages and my legs got super swollen. Besides the socks I bought
underpads- for the car on my car ride and for the bed. I only used one bag
Sterile surgical pads- to cover the incisions and absorb all the fluid
Arnica gel- for the bruses
Arnica pills- for the swelling
Bromelain pills- for the swelling
Pineapple juice- for swelling
Carrot juice - for constipation
Yogurt - to prevent yeast infection due to the antibiotics
I made myself a chicken and vegetable soup the day before surgery since my husband can't cook to save his life. I wanted to have something nutritious to eat during the first few days after surgery. My husband took a week off work to stay home and take care of me. At this point I'm ready for my transformation.
It's the morning of and were at the office. Not what I expected it to be. From what Debbie had described I though it was going to be this big comfortable surgical center where your loved one could wait for you but it's basically just an office waiting room. I fill out the paperwork that was needed and a few minutes later I'm in the surgery room getting ready to get my new butt. The anesthesiologist was funny and made me laugh until I blacked out, next thing you know I'm being woken up by the nurse. I'm super groggy and sore, after a few minutes I get up and he sits me on the wheelchair. It feels like I'm sitting on two balls, very uncomfortable. I wanted to walk out of there but there was no way I was super weak. Finally I get in the back seat of our SUV and off we go. I get home and can't wait to lay down, I'm in pain and nauseated, draining like crazy. We had to change my dressings every hour and each time I got up I wanted to faint. I started sniffing alcohol every time I felt like fainting or throwing up and it helped so much. I only drained for two days after my incisions dried up and closed. At this point I still hadn't seen my butt. I felt huge so I was scared to look, I finally took a shower and wow my butt is huge lol!!! I knew the swelling was going down so I wasn't to stressed about it. My butt looks weird 2 days out it looks boxy and flat and I would have gotten really scared but I knew it was normal for it to look abnormal and strange so I wasn't worried. Over the next few days life is hard, sleeping is impossible my appetite is gone completly squatting to go pee is hard so my husband makes me this peez looking thing out of a soda bottle so I can pee standing and let me tell you it's the best thing ever. I'm able to go pee all by myself. My sister used the female urinal but I think this works so much better. My back is killing me from sleeping on my stomach. I'm taking my pain meds every 4 hrs so the pain isn't that bad. My stomach feels super numb to the touch, my thighs hurt from the lipo and my legs are swollen.
My butt is rock hard and it feels like it's going to burst.
As the days go by it gets a little bit better, less swelling less pain. Today I'm 2 weeks post and I'm still a bit swollen and my butt is still really hard. My tummy is still numb and legs are still super sensitive to touch but I know it's normal and will get better soon. Well this has been my experience so far. Sorry if its to long lol just wanted it to be as detailed as possible. Good luck on your journey's

How was flying back home??

November 29, 2015
No I didn't fly. I live local. But I can't imagine having to fly and deal with the airport. I give kudos to the brave ladies that had to fly.

Girl I'm going from la to sf just a 1 hour flight but you know who wants to be in a airport after sx! !
UPDATED FROM mybetterme
18 days post
Morning of SX
This is at the surgery center before my surgery. As you can see my butt is flat with no projection. I had previously discussed with Dr Hazani how I really wanted the projection.
