Lympathetic Massage..

This Morning has been 14 days post-op. Had my first Lympathetic Massage, It was heaven the therapist says the doctor did amazing work due to I have no lumps or uneven skin. My inner thighs and stomach is very smooth. As far as by booty swelling has went down a lot. I was a little worry and had voiced my concerns to Dr Hazani, due to I didn't want dents. He had informed me I shouldn't have any dents due to he was working with smooth skin to start. I was expecting the worse, but Im really happy with my results. I will be getting a 45 minutes massage every day for the next two weeks. I put my therapist on payroll, and got lucky she's coming to my home. Thank God.... I will post pics as soon as I start putting clothes on don't want to rush into trying on clothes...

So you definitely recommend the massages right? I thought when i called dr hazani's office they told me that hell show us how to do it ourself and we wont have to get them done but i keep hearing everybody say how much they help. just trying to see if i should plan on getting them, i didnt really factor that expense in.

Does anyone know when the swelling in my knees and feet will go away. I'm 12 post-op and Im taking arnica tablets, along with bromelian pills. drinking water all day. I would be recovering wonderful if it wasnt for the swelling.. My feet are black and blue. and its painful when i walk...

It should be gone soon mine face & legs were swollen for about 2wks even with arnica, water & pineapples/pineapple juice. I think for me it was partially due to anesthesia in my system & partially from the Sx swelling. I elevated my feet while laying on my tummy by propping them on pillows. My feet weren't black/blue though that sounds pretty bad:/

I made it.

Okay here it goes. I made it. I know its been 10 days since my bbl. I got there kinda wasn't feeling the energy at the surgery center. I was a little disappointed due to the fact that I thought I would have a little more time with the doctor. He marked me and explained a little about the procedure and walked out. I thought he was going to come back in but I didn't see him again. So I think between my consult , and the beginning of the procedure and my post op due to he was already on his way out , and debbie said " you have another patient. I must have had a total of 30 minutes, and thats not including the actual procedure. I have had a tt and ba with another plastic surgeon in Orange County and I had a wonderful relationship with him and he did wonderful work. I just felt like a piece of cattle instead of a person. I thought him working out of beverly hills it would be nicer. As far as the surgery all went well, I literally walked out of the surgery center. the nurses kept telling me I was a strong lady they never had anyone walk out. I laid in the back of the car home and couldn't get home quick enough. Thank God I didn't throw up that was my biggest fear. I took a my pills along with a pain pill, after that I kept vomiting, so I didn't take anymore of the pills. I had discomfort, but it wasn't to bad. I just felt like I worked out really hard so I was really sore. I just started taking tylenol yesterday due to the pain in my feet. My feet are so swollen and it hasn't went down. My feet are black and blue from the swelling. I have been drinking lots of water and eating a very clean diet. I also have been rubbing the arnica gel on me and taking arnica pills along with the bromelain pills. The swelling on my waist has went down , at my post op the doctor even asked me had did i get my waist small so quick. I told him Ive been wearing a abdominal board under my binder and I only take my binder off to shower and I put it back on right away. As far as my booty its huge and Im hoping it goes down cause with my waist being so small my butt looks gigantic. I measured my waist today and its at 26, My waist before surgery was almost 29 due to I was trying to gain weight for my surgery. But the only discomfort are my feet. Please excuse my typing I am not comfortable not being able to sit and type. As far as sleeping it is Hell, Im a back sleeper. My neck is killing me... As far as my trying on clothes Im not in a hurry until this butt goes down a little and I don't want to take off my binder. I also had to get another binder cause the first one the doctor gave me, once the swelling went down on my waist it was to loose so I bought a small one that really holds me in with the board. I will take pictures once i can put clothes on. and the doctor put 1060cc in my cheeks. Well Im getting tired I will keep updated.

Can't wait to see your pics! So you immediately put foam on your waist? I'm so confused about how the foam and garmets work! Lol I'm having surgery in July so I have some time to figure it out
