Ladies that are only a few days post op, this is a must. It doesnt work when your past 2 weeks. It smooths your skin, helps extract your lower abdomen muscles and adds more compression to your stomach, back and sides. You only need three foams. I bought mine off of Amazon and they came in next day. This is the place I went for my massage! I highly recommend. It really helps you heal faster and relieves discomfort! Just take your pain meds 30 min before because oh boy!!!

Where they able to get lots of fluid out? How long are the massages? I never got one because I massaged my body for 2 hours a day lol I wonder if it'll help me now that I'm 4 weeks out?
Yes they got so much fluid out. It was literally squirting out of me. It feels so good to get the fluid out, I move around so much better. They are about 40 min long. She said you can get more aggressive massages after the incisions close.

Good luck! Take pain med 30 min before your massage and drink plenty of water. You will drain a lot and get a little dizzy so the water helps.

Day 2 First Lymphatic Draining Massage
All I can say is WOW! It was painful but I drained like crazy! And I felt AMAZING afterwards. I felt so good afterwards that I'm going back tomorrow morning!
