Dr. Bruno has a very gentle touch and technique. He is an honest doctor that told me up front that my one flat butt cheek may not be fixable and unfortunately he was correct. I appreciated the honest. Dr. Bruno has a nice bedside manner and I find his prices reasonable for the quality of work he provides; he appears somewhat of a perfectionist. He uses his brains when operating which was evidenced by him using a previous incision point to perform lipo and even used the corner of my tattoo as another entry point! This is great because there is no visible scar from the tattoo entry point. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I felt comfortable enough with him and his practice to refer a friend. She is happy with her lipo results as well. The one thing that I did raise an eyebrow about was that during my 3 month follow up appointment, Dr. Bruno let me know that calcium deposits or hardened fat can form up to a year after the surgery and that could require removal, scarring and irregularity. I would have preferred to know that upfront. But, I've been working my butt off at the gym (well not literally ;) so I figure that fat will have to work hard to clump up and create a problem; I won't help it! All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Bruno for a BBL. I loved my results and all my friends say that I look very natural, like I was born this way...(with a bangin body oh yeah!). So, I'd say he's definitely one of the best in LA.
