Time flies and I just wanted to update some pics for ya'll :) I'm already 8 weeks post op and everything is back to normal, other than I'm still wearing my abdominal board and a waist cincher over it, cannot wait for the day that is over! My booty is doing good and I don't feel like I have lost any volume, which is great! Although, I'm starting to look into round 2. I'm in the search of a doc who can give me more projection and HIPS! I'm leaning towards Yily but we'll see what happens. Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated :)

2 Weeks post up and im feeling great. I can honestly say that im almost fully healed, other than not being able to sit, and it feels awesome. These two Weeks felt like they took forever!! Check out my new pics and let me know what you guys think :-)

Thanks! And i'm sorry to say that i'm not too happy with the size :-( I wish I had more projection.... And no hips were added

Did u tell the Dr you want projection? Did she ask u how big you wanted? Or did she just go in and did what she can?

Hello ladies I am current 4 days post op and...
Hello ladies I am current 4 days post op and feeling much better as days pass by.Anyway as far as recovery I had the privilage to recover at home, so far it has been a very smooth recovery for me. The only supplies I have needed so far have been a urinal ( a must!!!!),pads for my bed for drainage ( I drained only for 2 days), cocoa butter for stretch marks ( applied daily two weeks before sx) , gauze for incisions, medical tape, maxi pads ( got my period), bromelain pills, pineapple juice and that's about it. I have been off my pain meds since day 2. I didn't have much of an apetite for food the first day so I ate fruits all day and dranks lots of water!! All I wanted to do was sleep for the first two days but I would put an alarm on my phone to come on every two hours and I would get up and just walk around the room for about ten minutes and then go back to sleep. I was just been feeling super stiff and have a little pain on my lower back/waist. There's nothing else to do but to take it easy and let time heal you. So far so good :)
Oh I almost forgot....I took my first #2 today...everything was normal yayyyy!!
I have my post op with Dr Afifi tomorrow and I will post new pics at 1 week post. Thank you ladies :)

I also wanted to ask how do you feel about your lipo areas? Your waist is it a big difference how much she took out? I don't know what you looked like pre op so just wondering ;). Speedy recovery and thanks again for all your updates.

As what I can see so far I love the lipo results. I know I'm still swollen but I can see a big difference especially on my lower abdomin, that freaking annoying pouch is gone even with swelling lol!! I'm lovin it. My love handles are also gone. I have been taking only small peeks cuz I feel so weird with out my binder or garment. My lipoed areas are so tender. I didn't take pre op pics but Afifi did so if I can get a hold of them I will post them. I on

My waist is pretty small.... My garment size is currently a medium and I have breathing room in my mid section :)

Hey girlie at one week post I was feeling good. I can pretty much do everything for myself at this point. One week should be more than enough time for you to fly home.... Just please don't put any pressure on ur precious ass, u don't wanna loose any volume! :)
And I'm sorry to say that I'm not loving my results, like I mentioned before I'm not satisfied with the size/ projection. The worst part is that I still fit into my old jeans :(

There was two reasons why I went to her, Betsie's results on here I thought were good, and the other being that I wanted a local doctor. I didn't wanna travel. If I would have been able to travel my first choice would have been Dr. Salama in Miami without even thinking about it - I love love love his results.
Now I'm not telling you NOT to go to Dr. Afifi, but I'm just wondering why you were considering her? Being that you have to travel and all

Well living in Hawaii the docs here are crazy expensive and no experience doing BBL's. My parents are in northern Cali thas where I'm from. And I had a doc I was going to get surgery from Dr. Hegg in the bay area but he passed away two weeks before my surgery. And there are no other docs in northern Cali that are experienced and affordable. So then I decided on LA the next closest thing where I can fly easily from Hawaii to there and then go to my parents to recover before coming to Hawaii.

Hi Roro! Im a newbee & i was actually excited to see ur pics! I just told.another girl i have a.consult with afifi on june 12th but i wasn't sureshe could give me the booty i wanted! Then i saw u and it looked damn good and sorry to hear ur disappointed. Im a thick.girl.so.i might need to travel as i have consults with salama in october and jimerson in November.
