WORTH IT$12,500
Today I weighed 125 lbs, and measured 38". The weigh varies only by a few pounds daily. I work hard at keeping my weigh steady. Being paleo it makes this goal easy. I also workout 3 x per week, lifting weights mostly. I have increased the circumference on my legs with muscle which makes my BBL results more natural. I am not shooting for perfection, I'm no 20 years old, but I look way better than most women my age. My husband loves the results, and I do too! I wish for more projection but I'm not running or planning for another BBL. I also know that Dr Dass injected as much fat in my ass cheeks as he could so I'm not sure how a second BBL would help. Overall I am very satisfied with my results. Clothes fit me better, and I look good naked.

Do you have lumps? What areas were lipoed?
User Avatar

No lumps. The only lumps you see are my ab muscles! I love how my hard work finally shows in my mid section. These photos do no justice to how much more beautiful my results are. I had a 360 lipo on my mid section; upper and lower stomach, back and sides. I forgot to measure my waist but it is very tiny. Most pants I purchase have to be taken to the tailor to be taken in at the waist. I have also found that Venus and Boutiquefeel have affordable and fit very well. Although I know that these stores do not have the best return/customer service, my purchases are very conservative.

Thanks! Do you still have bruises or swelling?

Hi, I don't have bruises or swelling. Swelling began to subside by the 4th month. I went to the Caribbean to vacation on the 7th month post op and wore a bikini. There was no swelling then. Unfortunately I don't have pictures to show my new figure :( We were having so much fun! I do have dark spots where the areas were lipoed. I was told these were going to go away. Initially the area was darker than it is now, I see some lightening already. I trust these eventually will fade away. Because I'm dark skinned these are hardly noticeable to anyone else, but I do see these dark spots. I know my body.

I'm almost 6 weeks po from a bbl. I don't want to wear my stage 2 garment and my doc is fine with that...it's too tight and I'm afraid to compress my newly transferred fat. I'm looking for a shapewear that I can wear, i noticed that you wore the tc shape wear which one would you recommend. Starting this Saturday my doc advised me to wear my faja for 12 hours and I can wear it with or without my ab and lipo foams. I will appreciate any insight that you can provide me related to your preference in garments for compression as well as any tips or tricks that got you through the 12 weeks before you could actually sit down. Or were you able to sit down, drive sooner. Thanks doll - you look great!!!

Congratulations on your BBL!!! And thank you for the compliment. I was afraid of compressing my newly transferred fat too, and that was another reason why I chose to not wear a garment so tight around my hips and new ass. What the doctor suggested and stressed until he was blue in the face (an exaggeration of course!) is to keep the lipoed areas compressed because it helps the areas heal faster, decrease bruising, and keep the collection of internal fluids at a minimal. Early in my recovery I felt as if the skin was detached from my insides, as if the skin was flapping off and away with every movement as I had to take off the garment to shower, clean myself or change clothing. I am guessing that the compression helps connect the skin that has been detached from the fat it was attached to back into one's insides. I'm not sure what happens if this connection is not made, maybe is filled with fluid permanently? I don't know but I'm curious.
The doctor suggested I did not sit until the 3rd month, in the meantime I used a booty buddy. There was no way I could lay on my stomach for 3 months and I needed to go back into the office. When I told him what I had done, he was not happy :( as he said this may compromise my results. Well, I survived! And I'm ok with having taken the risks to get things done like go to work, and take care of other responsibilities. I also walked a lot! It's great for circulation. Stretching helped too! Lifting weights with arms and shoulders helped too. Any activity that took me away from laying on my stomach felt better than laying still.

Today I had my Bio Te appointment. I’ve been having bio identical hormone replacement therapy because my levels are very low. I began treatment about a little over a year ago. Before my treatment I was tired most of the time, no natural lubrication during sex, sleepy most of the time, low energy, and moodiness. Since the beginning of treatment I am more energetic, I have muscles, my hard work at the gym is evident, and overall happier. This update is not a review on this treatment but it affected my procedure. If you pay close attention you will see small dips on both cheeks and close to previous pellet locations. Dr Dass suspected that because these dips are so close to previous pellet insertions he theorizes that the pellets had a negative effect on the transplanted fat. These dips were not there after my surgery, but they began to show at week 2. Soooo after a lengthy consultation with my endocrinologist, she decided to place a new pellet higher than normal so that it does not affect more newly transplanted fat. She could not find anywhere else to insert. I honestly have benefitted from this treatment that i have to take the risk. The benefits outweigh the disadvantages. I will post pictures of these dips. They can only be seen under good lighting. I thought it would be important to mention this detail in case there are others undergoing the same issue and are seeking information.

It's been 9 months since my surgery. I still love my results! Even though my weight has gone down my measurements have stayed at 38". It is the best decision I have made.

Thank you for your updates! When did you stop wearing a compression garment?
User Avatar
January 23, 2019
Hi, I stopped wearing the one the doctor had given me 6 weeks post op. It was too tight! It made my lower parts super swollen and sensitive, so much so that I got a nasty rash on my labia. I wore a slightly bigger size compression, and that was much better. The rash went away in a day, while still giving me a nice tight feeling. It was also less painful. Overall I wore a compression garment of some kind for 3 months post op. After that I just wore a compression for my midsection only like shapewear, on and off during the day for a month. I don't suggest you do this too, because we are all different. I made these decisions based on my level of comfort, activity level, and I know my body, I know what feels right.

Do you know why?
User Avatar

I haven’t asked Dass but my guess is because genetically fat accumulated on the upper part of my body and now since my back, flanks and stomach are no longer storage facilities for fat then more fat is being stored in my arms and chest. My boobs are very full too! I wish it would go to my butt too! I’m curious to see if this would happen in the future if I were to gain weight above 129lbs. So far I’ve noticed that when I go down to 126lbs my hips/ass measurements go down to 38.5”, so there’s hope!

Do you recommend Dr Dass? Btw you look amazing.

Thank you doll!! I highly recommend Dass because he is aggressive with lipo yet I haven’t seen lumps of fat on these areas he lipoed. He is consistent with his work and will fill as much fat as it will fit on your ass cheeks as per my experience and other Dass dolls experiences. At a little over 3 months I am very satisfied with the results. I’m on a 4th of July vacation but when I get back home next week I will post new pictures and a little update too. Happy 4th of July!!!
