Ok so here is an update that I hadn't posted. This was about 15 days after surgery. The bruises had gone down a ton though I still felt very tender all over. I don't think you can tell but I was very much swollen still and mostly in my hips. I kinda judged how swollen I was by how my clothing fit week to week and also how the compression garments were fitting. At this point I was happy with the result though a bit worried about the curvy shape I was getting. My dr said I was swollen and if I continued to lay on my sides it would go down eventually just to be patient.

A few days after major bruises
Ok so here are a few photos of a few days after surgery. I was still really swollen and the bruises were real bad. If your a guy don't freak out there was so much swelling in my lower abdomen that my dick looked so fn small I almost cried haha. It will get better. The bruises are no joke and you just feel tender all over. I wanted to show the ugly part cuz I think people should know what they are committing to. I couldn't really tell a big difference in the photos but I could definitely feel it.

Hey, how are your current results? I want to do the treatment also and I am a young male and I want to see how your result looks now since some time has passed?

I'll post some pictures soon. Im still a bit swollen right now and I've noticed the results are much better in person than in pictures so far, which I don't mind. My hips are still going down but sense I've been working out I've noticed them going down faster and returning to a more masculine contour.

Thats really cool, were u afraid of them putting in too much? How did u explain to your doc to make it masc and not a womanlike shaps?

Totally afraid of coming out too womanly! There were so few examples of drs doing bbl on men that it was very hard to tell who would be best. I was very clear with him that I didn't want hips or a curvy feminine figure. I wanted it to be as full as my body would allow without being cartoonish. I have muscular legs so I just wanted to even out my shape before I went back into the gym to loose the remaining weight I gained. I chose someone who was achieving what I felt were more natural results with his patients and also that he wasn't over doing the liposuction. I had seen Drs do too much to achieve a dramatic result and the skin was looking rippled and overly tight. I went into it knowing that I was going to finish the results in the gym this was just to have a larger bum sense I knew at my thinnest I loose fat there as well.

The last thing you said i feel also. And i agree that it is very difficult for me since theres like no good amount of pics of bbls for men that arent obese and or are younger ages. I'm average build and in my 20s so I find barely anything to look at to know what to ask for or expect.

I'm only 5'6" and it was the Dr's choice I told him I didn't want to look too much over the top, just fuller than I was

24 HR after Surgery
Ok so heres a small update. I just had surgery yesterday! I was really nervous and a bit self conscious because I was admitting to my own vanity with a bunch of strangers. However the staff at the surgery center were very kind and helpful. They were all smiles and didn't make me feel awkward at all. I had to wait about 2 hrs I think because Dr. Hazani had an earlier patient. I didn't mind its not like I had any other plans and I rather him take as much time as he needed with every patient than rush to get to me.
The nurse had already hooked me up to IV so I was ready to go. Dr Hazani came in and took pictures and made markings on my body for surgery. I was then walked over to the operating where they had me lay down and before I knew it I was asleep then awake and all done about 4 hours later I think. I didn't wake up in too much pain which was nice. I was a little foggy but not out of it, at least I don't think I was haha.
My friend took me home and that was a painful ride with LA rush hour traffic. I had him lay down my seats so I could lay down through the trunk. I suggest soft blankets to anyone deciding to do that. I didn't have much between me and the hard car. I got home I ate yogurt and took my meds right away because the pain was coming in quickly.
I was sooooo swollen, like everywhere even my face. I was terribly thirsty and my mouth was dry, the nurse said don't drink too much or overdo it when I get home so I took a few sips of coconut water an regular water enough to satisfy me. I laid down but I got up several times just to walk small distances until the pain meds kicked in. It hurt to lay down and the walking or shuffling around helped. Finally I was able to lay down and sleep for a couple hours, my friend was there to make sure I was ok and that I got up to move around as directed by Dr Hazani. I really wanted to be on my feet after that nap, it just felt more comfortable.
The bruising is real real purple in the spots that are bruised. Not as crazy as I thought it would be. When I got around to looking at my behind it was not the cutest but I could see a major improvement, so far so good. Honestly its too soon to tell, I'm so swollen its nuts. But I'm so excited even though that first 6 hrs I was like what did I do, I quickly got over that and was singing every booty song I could think of. I can't wait for the swelling to go down and for me to heal up so I can get back in the gym again and really complete this body the way I imagine.
