WORTH IT
I gained a lot of weight rapidly after college from a desk job and a lack of motivation to workout. At my heaviest, i hated the way i looked and it was taking a toll on my knees and overall health. I spent so much time and finally came across a wonderful personal trainer that helped me shed over 60 pounds in 1 year. Well, i loved my overall health but not how my body looked after. My butt went flatter and sagged and i still had quite a bit of fat on my flanks, back, and belly that just wasn't responding to exercise. That's when i decided to get some help from cosmetic surgery to help me get my body back.
I had multiple consultations with my local cosmetic surgeons but I was not satisfied with their results. After much research, i came across Dr. Patel's page on Instagram and fell in love with his work. His work is outstanding and I have not seen anyone else that can even come close to it.

If I may ask just a few additional questions: other than the BBL, what additional procedures did you have to address the other areas that were bothering you? (lipo, maybe?) How did your healing process go? Obviously if you back to working out 3 days a week in only two weeks, you must have healed amazingly fast - how wonderful! (Your photo profile looks great, BTW...) Also, what were the costs of your procedures? When I see a physician is based in Beverly Hills, I immediately think $$$$$$$ - which may not necessarily be the case. Any additional info you can provide is helpful.
Thanks so much, and best of luck. Kathi
Healing will take time. I resumed workouts with my compression garment always on after two weeks and it was manageable. I do some pretty kick ass weight training so I was just more careful and the tight compression garment helped my posture as well. The hardest part for me was sleeping on my tummy but I adjusted with a pillow under to keep me straight. Walking or any exercise always helps improve your healing process.
BBL in general is an expensive procedure but it's worth it. I worked so hard to lose the excess weight and I'm still not at my goal weight yet, but I'm loving my new body and it will continue to improve with time.
I hope this helps. Best of luck!
Congrats on all your hard work with your trainer, that is significant! When was your surgery?
