BBL After PMMA Removal - Beverly Hills, CA

If you haven't read my previous review of Dr. Hughes on the PMMA removal please do. I went into detail on how Dr. Hughes performed the impossible by removing MULTIPLE lumps of PMMA I had been dealing with for years. He was able to get ALL of the lumps out through a tiny incision. I am blown away by his talent and diligence. We decided once the PMMA was removed we would wait 3 months to do a BBL to fill and volume loss and unevenness the PMMA removal had left. Well turns out there was A LOT of volume loss and A LOT of indentations and irregularities that needed to be addressed as the PMMA had done a number on my skin and soft tissue. It is not a friendly product in your body - so Dr. Hughes had a lot of work to do to repair.
I also happen to be a very lean and athletic person (5'7, 120 lbs) so doing a BBL seemed almost IMPOSSIBLE! In fact I went to EVERY OTHER "TOP" BBL DOCTOR before I went to Hughes to get an opinion (Dass, Mendieta, Salzhauer, etc) and they all said a BBL was not possible on me bc I was too thin and that to fix the complicated problem I had I would need to gain 25 lbs+. Dr. Hughes was the only doctor who had the vision and believed we could make it work. He told me we could work with what I had around my lower back and inner thighs (These were areas the other doctors missed). I did gain about 5 lbs in order to get a bit more fat, but without feeling like I was getting too heavy and uncomfortable. Needless to say I was still very lean as I do not gain fat in obvious places.
After the PMMA removal surgery had fully healed we proceeded with the BBL.

I woke up again, shocked, to find he had somehow found enough fat to fill the areas that were once hollow and flat. Dr. Hughes delivers again! But why did all the others tell me it was impossible?!
I was moved to tears once I looked in the mirror a few days later and saw what was once a hideous painful shameful thing turned into something beautiful. I don't know how he did it but he did.
I am so glad I didn't listen to what every other doctor I went to had said about it being unfixable. I am SO grateful to have found Dr. Hughes who really listened and was courageous enough to take on my case. It takes a special kind of doctor to take on cases that challenge them because they care enough to heal and drastically improve peoples lives.
Please don't be fooled by the hype of any particular doctor. Instagram likes, youtube followers or snapchat scores DO NOT validate or determine the skill, talent and quality of a doctor, it only proves they have a good marketing team. I know, Ive been to them ALL.
Dr. Hughes has proven to far exceed my expectations and I cannot thank him enough for it.
I went from hopeless to happy and I never though I'd see the day I could love my body again.
Dr. Hughes saved my life in so many ways - If you are considering between him and another doctor I'd 100% recommend him. I have been to EVERY OTHER BBL DOC and they do not compare. I even had a prior BBL with Mendieta who is a good surgeon and a good guy, but DOES NOT come close to what Hughes can do.
Where my butt was once a discolored lumpy and uneven MESS - it is now soft, full, even and round. I feel like a new person and it is all thanks to Dr. Hughes --
