Almost 5 weeks.....extremely happy with my results! Still sore in flanks (feels like sun burned skin when touched) but if you think about all the sit-ups I would have had to do and probably still not get these results, it's worth it!

Thanks! My husband has been massaging it with Arnica and oil 2x3 times a day for 5 minutes.
