Almost 5 weeks.....extremely happy with my results! Still sore in flanks (feels like sun burned skin when touched) but if you think about all the sit-ups I would have had to do and probably still not get these results, it's worth it!

Wow your waist looks amazing!!!!! Congrats! What did you do to make your waist so smooth? Massages?
