I have been wanting surgery for 18 years......

I have been wanting surgery for 18 years... Finally about to make the dream come true. I had originally decided to have surgery in Oct but pushed it up to June. I'm super excited but nervous as well as the date is quickly approaching. I'm hoping to achieve a much slimmer waste and bigger butt..can't wait

Started my vitamins

Hope these will do

Won't load

Biggest I've been in years ugh

1 day post op

Feeling okay pains not to bad.. The garment is prob the worst part..I feel much better walking or standing then I do laying down

Day 2

Got to take a shower

Stomach no TT

Not too bad but will be returning for a TT in the future

Any suggestions on an alternate one this one is probably the only reason for discomfort

4 days post op

Bruising lightning hope I don't loose to much volume.

Swelling in the pubic region

I was told to wear the binder very low but that seems to be causing swelling in the pubic area is this normal

I'm area Under the binder feels so sensitive and numb mostly in the front where I believe the most aggressive lipo was done ..is this normal

Flat sections

Lower inner part where it's more bruised seems flat not sure if that will fill out when every thing softens up !?!

Day 6

Seems to lost a little volume but it think that's Normal.. I finally got some better sleep less getting up and having to walk every hour.., the bruising looking better ... I noticed my belly button has some fluid and extra tenderness I cleaned it out with Iodine and will keep Watch on it so far I feel like I'm progressing in right direction

Fluid weight

The morning of surgery I was 172 now I'm 186 is that all fluid ?

Corset over binder

So today I put a zipper corset over my binder I don't know if it's a good idea but it sure feels like it ..it stops the binder from bunching up ..if it's a bad idea let me know it feels better

I really hope my stomach and sides are just still really swollen I'm still 10 lbs over pre op weight

Time to switch garments

So this binder is getting to big.. I have streatch the straps way past the Velcro ..I emailed Dr. Hughes he said to try Spanx or any garment with the butt out..

Cabin fever

I really want to get out but sense I still can't sit the only option is riding laying down while my daughter drives ..but I'm a very on the go person and staying inside is driving me nuts

I'm not sure I'm too thrilled with the waist measurement and not sure if i know exactly where to measure at

Bust full 38
Waist 34 saddddd wanted a 30
Hips 45

Just some pics wit out the binder had the corset on

Under eye swelling

Is it just me or is under eye swelling common like I got puffffy eyes sooooo bad like completely full of fluid more then the normal fatigue ugh

When can I start going back to the gym

1 month post op follow up

Okay things are all great healing wonderfully .. the butt and hips won't lose any more volume but the waist and back will continue to shrink awesome news.. I had the concern bout the flat area but Dr Hughes explained that Anatomy plays a part.. he did all he could do with out making me have a saggy lower ugly butt.. good news is won't need another bbl a little nip tuck will improve it.. I'll do that when I'm able to get my tummy tuck..Dr Hughes is a true artist and a master at his skill ., I walked out feeling even more confident

Just a pic

In the office .. loving the hips and curves

Los Angeles Plastic Surgeon

So far Dr. Hughes has been great. I originally consulted with an office in Santa Rosa Ca but they were not confident they could get the results I wanted and told me to find a Dr. In L.A. Dr. Hughes has been very responsive and answers all my emails quickly
