I had chose Dr. J and began the process to my BBL journey. His surgical coordinator Daria (gorgeous woman btw inside and out) super cool and was so patient, so kind and knew the business well. She guided me through EVERY step of the pre and post operative process. Also, she and Michelle (Dr. J office staff/asst) made me feel like my cheerleaders - they were alway beside me through every step. Dr. J and his team were on MY team! The staff and who the Dr. Works with are also key factors because you will be dealing with them more then the doc at times. So it is so important believe me people. I had my BBL on 11/24/2014. Wow! What a life changing day. I was nervous naturally but seeing Dr. J that morning put me at ease. I FELT that I was in good, safe, smart and loving hands!!! Everyone at the surgery center was amazing. The facility was clean and for them it was just another day at doing what they do! And they do it very well. I was in surgery for 3-4 hours, I got out and I felt fairly well considering I just had major surgery. I have to say that the first day there was some pain but nothing pain killer couldn't take care of, and after the first few days it was discomfort, but who cares! Going to the gym and eating salad is also uncomfortable :) if you ask me! I went through the entire first week and did all the things I was I trusted to do. Communication was constant with the Doctor and his team even on thanksgiving Day! Here is where I start to cry while tears land on my iPhone ... I tell you at my one week post op visit (aka first reveal) I couldn't believe how AMAZING I LOOKED!!! I went from square to hourglass literally and that's with all the swelling still. My cousin who accompanied me, her jaws fell to the floor. I cried with tears of pure joy and emotion. I hugged Dr. J. As much as I can tell you all, it's hard to explain how it felt to see my body and the change was incredible. This guy is a master at what he does. The definition of an ARTIST!!!! As in write this review , in this New Year , speaking as a new ME, I not only highly recommend. Plastic surgery, but I HIGHLY recommend Dr. J to do the work. The last time I saw Dr. J I was crying years of JOY. Not only do I look good in clothes I look Good NAKED! I sent Dr. J a text after my last post op visit telling him that this was by far the best MOney I have EVER spent!!! Hands Down.
