For the most part, I am happy with my results. My butt isn’t too big. I wanted a more natural look and dr sampson definitely delivered. I do think i will end up getting a revision. There are some dents in my butt that i would like to smoothe out. Also, i want my butt to be rounder. Not necessarily bigger, but rounder from the back. I am officially experiencing the big booty problems. It is really difficult to find clothes. I have a small waist and a big butt/hips.

Here are side by side pictures. Pre op vs 22 days post op. I’m now almost 7weeks post op. Im feeling pretty good. I am definitely still sore around my torso. My lower back is numb. I am still sitting on my bbl pillow. I know that a lot of doctors say that you can sit without a pillow at 6 weeks, but I’m paranoid. I am hoping I dont lose anymore volume.

I am really happy with my shape. Dr. Sampson did a great job. These pictures don’t do justice. My bruising has gone down significantly.
