If I can dish It I better be able to take it. And I was wrong about this review. No I am not a whack job, but rather extremely suspicious of Plastic Surgeons in general from the stories I have heard and some of the things I have seen on this site. That said I apologize for stating you faked us out, because obviously this is you and not Ryan. And you look REALLY good. Your results will be fantastic especially since you are already very fit.

Thank You for posting your pictures and the review. I am also glad to see that you are completely honest about the Post Op side effects. We are all here to supposedly encourage each other and we can't accomplish that unless we are honest about the good and the not so good aspects of this surgery. However, that being said, I completely understand "private" , I am a extremely private person, but notice that I wrote my review after I had my surgery , my original intentions were not to be so open and forthright. It certainly was not easy to expose my most flawed area. Once I had the surgery and I realized that Dr Dass had literally created a miracle with me, I could not help but give him credit for an amazing job and secondly. I felt my story could be Inspiring to other Women who like me, perhaps were struggling and unsure about plastic surgery or perhaps had lost hope in a part of their bodies they felt could not be improved. I know how depressing that can be. Honestly I must say that when I see a picture less review , I lend very little or no creadance to it . For some reason. Dr Dass has a lot of picture less reviews on this site and Patients that do not answer back to PM. I wish that wasn't so because it does send an air of suspicion about him and his practice in general. Totally unnecessary because he is a great surgeon and a very down to earth person who I believe wants to make his patients happy. Honestly, your review was even suspect to me since I had the procedure and felt as if I was going to die the first two days. When I read your original review I could not believe that any person could fly and enjoy LA or anything for that matter after this surgery. I am very glad that you cleared this up. I know it was not your intention to post a review that made this procedure seem like a walk in the park but we are all putting ourselves out there , way beyond our comfort levels on this site. I appreciate you coming forward and doing the same. Best of luck on your continued recovery and congrats on your successful results.

As you know, Dass performed my surgery while I was awake. I had my face to face consult at 12pm and decided to have surgery for later that night as I needed as much recovery time as possible.
I felt little to nothing right until he inserted the fat into my bum. It wasn't painful, although I tend to have a higher pain threshold however it felt like somebody was digging there elbow into my bum really hard and moving it around.

I was up and about and felt great as soon as the surgery was done and I was extremely surprised. I later learned that this was because I was still numb in those areas. It wasn't until I got up the best day and felt really nauseous and discomfort. I literally slept the whole day.

Day 3, I had to change my padding as they were dirty (leaking from Lipo areas) and this was the worst part of my experience. As I was standing and my husband unzipped my garment, I immediately felt like I was going to pass out. I started turning white and began to fall face forward toward my husband. He immediately zipped my back up and I layed on the bed. He called Dr Dass and learned that this was normal as the garment was compressing my blood flow which caused me to feel this was as he released the zipper. I decided to keep the garment on and changed the padding the next day. I made sure I unzipped it extremely slow and thankfully I didn't have the same experience.

These aren't the best images but I thought I would upload them anyway

Did you have smart lipo? Is that why you were able to stay awake during the surgery? How are your results now? I would love to stay awake during the process but I heard smart lipo kills the fat cells so the fat that's transfered to the butt won't last. Just want to hear your input. Thanks!

Before photos!!

Lydia2012
So even though I'm a very private person, I have decided to share some photos as I have been accused of being a fake review and even "dr dass's brother" lol ..

My before photos show that I have a long torso which makes it look like my butt is extremely low .. I have a little muffin top when I wear jeans so I suggested to remove fat from my hips, inner and outer thighs.

These were the same images I sebt Dass for my online consultation and when we met in person, he admitted that my photos were decieving and he wasn't sure if he could harvest enough fat.

Luckily when we met, I was a good candidate and he believed I had more than enough!
