oh my goodness !!! shower was so difficult for me!!
I got very dizzy i felt like i wanted to throw up so i immediately had my nausea pill.

My description of today's shower was extremely difficult. I took off the garment and i started getting very light headed and i had to take many breaks in between...resting my elbows on the sink and trying to breath and relax my self. My 10 year old daughter was helping (she's such a great help) we took off the padding that had a lot of blood and then the foam (some of you ladies might not get the foam, i did )
what i did was before i even took my garment off. i had already washed my hair because i just knew that being in the shower for too long was not gonna help.
Hair was done just needed body. I got inside the shower and i was still dizzy and cold and i just wanted to get it done and over with. I recommend you guys turning the heater on because i, my self was freezing.
I washed my self as much as i could (private areas first of course) and then i was trying to wash my arms and chest and my stomach was so sensitive and my butt also. I washed it as much as i could and i got off the shower and i was freezing.
My daughter help me put the band aids and she put neosporin on it then we proceeded with the arnica all over the rest which was also painful because my skin was sensitive. so finally the garment was dried and it was nice and warm to be put on.

Putting on the garment!
another hassle lol butt is so big...that its hard to get it in and putting in the foam but nothing from another world we got it in and as soon as i had the garment on i felt so much better! who knows why but i did!! and i been having such an excellent day!!! so much better!
yes i have bruises not on my tummy only on the side of my thigh.

If you don't mind me asking why did you have to buy those sheets? Did you have tubes etc? Or what was it? I want to go to Dr. Dass but I am so nervous.

No, no tubes at all... but u do drain from the incisions so i just bought that sheet to protect my mattress and the padding just in case i would drain a lot. Today its been 48 hours after my surgery and im not longer draining so my bed is back to normal
