1. Make sure you understand where that fat is being transferred too and if they inject into the muscle or just superficial. When injecting into the muscle, blood clots can form.
2. Make sure you know where your incision scars will be. Mine are low in my back so they can be seen when I wear a bikini or crop top.
3. Make sure the lipo does is even, it will cost more to repair uneven lipo than it will to have a doctor who takes the time to remove fat evenly and symmetrical.
4. Make sure the doctor will make sure you aren’t left with dents or random holes on your body.
5. Do extensive research on every doctor you like to weigh the benefits and risks.
6. Remember that just because the doctors prices are expensive doesn’t mean they will do their best.
7. Remember the before and after pictures are usually about a month difference so what may look nice in the after isnt always the end result. Try o look for after pictures of 1 year or more.

As far as recovery goes, my muscle still feels tender when pressure is applies but the feeling is going away, I also experience sharp shooting pain for brief moments on different areas of where i was lipo'd. But it is happening less and less every day.
I did also experience a lot of hair growth all thoughout my lipo areas, so much so that I actually shaved my lower back because it was so hairy.
My scars are lightening up so thats great but I did happen to get a buttload of streatch marks on my upper thighs and butt area so I wasnt ready for that.
Overall im glad with the way my butt looks and i can try to fix my skin isssues but i will definitely start working out in hopes to remove the look of bumpiness on my stomach.

Provider Review
My Doctor was good. The staff of his office were decent. The receptionist and nurse that helped me were so nice but I cant remember their names at the moment. The lady that received my money was polite up until she got my payment and then she became judgmental and for some reason the doctor asked her to be in my exam room while he took my preop pictures and the whole time she was looking at me from the tip of her rhinoplastic nose so I think out of the my whole experience she was the most unpleasant. Her name is angela btw no surprise with a name like that. But other than that I appreciate the experience, and definitely learned a lot.
