WORTH IT$240
Quick and easy. Had Botox done twice, 3 months apart for my masseter muscles to relieve my jaw clenching and to reduce the aesthetic of my jawline. First time 8 units to both sides at $12/unit. Second time, 10 units per side which cost a total of $240 ($12/unit) however $40 off due to Brilliant Distinctions program (yay!).
I can say it has successfully relieved my jaw clenching issues. As for my jaw reduction, I think it has worked but hard to say 100% because I have lost quite a bit of weight (10 lbs) during my course of Botox.
Overall I would recommend but make sure you see someone comfortable and experienced in this procedure.

Wow!!! So impressive!!! Did you have any sagging of skin afterward? I'm going next week for masseter botox, that's my biggest concern!

Your results are great, and you only needed a little!! I consulted with a plastic surgeon and he recommended with 25 on each side of My face but I'm super nervous about botox migrating outside jawline and having negative side effects. However my teeth grinding is so awful and now have a night guard, and my face has gotten so wide as a result. I want for both aesthetic and my teeth.

Do you have anymore pictures. Your face looks really nice

Thank you, I added another photo that was taken probably a week or so before my second treatment. I'll add more photos as the weeks go by as it takes a couple weeks to take effect.

I had this done and let me tell you of my experience. First month my smile looked a bit odd - like a chip monk because my cheeks couldn't move up-- ok dealt with that. After it was awesome. My face did become more narrow.. But then I realized that because my face was narrow I looked a bit drawn. -- nonetheless it was okay. The worst part was getting this closed throat feeling (like a tie is choking me

Sorry pressed post comment--For the longest time l had this odd feeling occasionally like my throat was closing or that I had a scarf tied around my throat choking me... I would get so anxious. I even went to the doctor but nothing. I thought I was allergic to a skin lightening cream or something -- but then I realized it could have been a side effect of doing this jaw reduction treatment. The pro was that it does work -- but the con is that it will go back to normal in time if you don't continue. I didn't want to chance the chipmunk smile or any threat closing symptoms to continue. I had also received 20 units on each side.

Would you say that this treatment gave you a better more defined jaw line ?

Hard to say at this time because I had also lost 10 lbs during that time. However will update again as weeks go by now that my weight is fairly stable.

But... Seeing as I'm not clenching my teeth I'm sure it has made a difference even if subtle.
I'm so glad your jaw clenching is improved from the botox. Â Will you continue to go every three months or do you think you can space it out more now that you have some relief?
Oh gotcha.
