I had been getting it every 3 months and have let several more months lapse due to being busy with life. My teeth grinding is definitely back, I'm sure the stress doesn't help. I look forward to getting more Botox :)

I will be getting more botox next week to keep up with reducing my jaw clenching. I originally did it for aesthetic reasons, however now I know the true value of it as it has also helped medically.

Wow, the difference is awesome. Keep us posted on your continued journey. And so glad you didn't have to the the surgical route to get these results.

YOU LOOK AMAZING! That is great that such a little amount worked on you! Do you remember how many spots (injection sites) he injected into on each side? I just had it done a week and a half ago and she only did two injections on each side and used a total of 20 units per side I think (but it might have been 30...can't remember). I can see some improvement, but there is still a pronounced part of my muscle right in the front toward my chin right on my jawline that is apparent when I clench. She did the injections way toward the back, closer to my ears and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. And I have also read that a larger than usual needle is necessary to make it past the dense fascial layer and deep enough into the body of the muscle or else the Botox will just be absorbed by the layer of fascia and won't have the desired effect. Maybe she didn't go deep enough? I have a follow up with her next week so it'll be interesting to see what she thinks. I would totally keep up with it if I were you as your results are beautiful!

Glad you are happy with the botox treatments- it is always a bonus when you get the medical benefits on top of the aesthetic :)
