I’ve been morbidly obese all my life. I was big even as a toddler. I’ve never known what’s it’s like to be normal. I had gastric bypass surgery and lost a significant amount of weight. I work out at least 3 days a week, but nothing seems to help with the excess skin. I had sagging skin all over my tummy, arms, thighs and even once a fuller face has now drooped. I started asking around for referrals for plastic surgeons. I went on blogs and searched within in the weight loss community for someone who has experience with weight loss patients. Dr. Katzen’s name stood out in many searches. He has an understanding of our unique problems with weight loss. He’s sensitive to all our needs. Dr. Katzen is realistic with our expectations.

I thank God he guided me to Dr. Katzen. He possesses such strong qualities in a surgeon. He is very good at what he does and never makes you feel hurried. He takes time to answer your questions and doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking a lot of questions. His after care is outstanding. He is great at managing pain after surgery.
