Dr. Katzen has been a wonderful surgeon from beginning to end. I appreciate that he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve with my body. My surgery was thoroughly explained and planned for. He never hesitated to answer all my concerns before and after surgery. Everybody responds differently and even when my body didn't respond the way I expected, Dr. Katzen made sure to explain what was going on. He even took additional time the make sure I was completely satisfied. Dr. Katzen truly cares about his patients and our happiness. His bedside manner cannot be beat. His staff is so friendly and educated that it’s just a cherry on top ! I would definitely refer friends and family, A+ experience !
