I live in the UK and i am british caribbean. I want to get my nose done in the US by most likely dr.ghavami. Are there any doctors you would recommend? I am 100% sure i want to do this, i dont hate my nose but i want to change it. I have small lips, big eyes, cheekbones and i just feel like a smaller nose would look better on my face. My nose is a bit wide and flat unlike anyone else in my family who all have tall noses.

Babe pls listen to me. I'm not saying this because I hate surgery. Because I did rhinoplasty myself. But you really really DO NOT need it. Your face alrdy perfect. I'm dying to have your nose. I alrdy did rhinoplasty twice but I still not satisfied with the result. Pls do not need this to yourself. Especially you're still young. At least wait until you're 25 if you still feel the same. I did it when I was 23 and I wish didn't do the surgery, it ruined the balance and 'harmony' of my facial expression.

Hey beauty! Have a look at doctor Oelbrandt. He has literally transformed Lots of beautiful Afro Caribbean noses. Search him up on here and you won't be disappointed. I'm considering him to do my nose next July! Let me know what you think xx

Your beautiful as you are why bother. Biggest regret in my life has been doing it. Great if it turns out but if you check this site out there are plenty on here with botched nose jobs. Pick a surgeon that gets not one bad review I say

The doctor you are thinking of has some bad rhinoplasty reviews. Dr Richard Davis in Miami is meant to be good. Also Stephen Pearlman in New York. You don't need to do it. I have sunken hollow eyes plus had dental trauma from the surgery. Going to have to get braces now too. Plus fix the indents on my nose and assymetry with fillers. Plus have fat atrophy on left eyelid
