still a little uncomfortable but have been back to work since friday. Havent worn the garment as I was told didnt really have to but my lower belly was puffy so wore it to sleep last night. will be following up with my doc today

First day I was miserable. The staff however with Dr Alexander Sinclair are wonderful. The anesthesiologist and the dr both called me the night before. The staff at the off, the RN and the assistants and the most amazing Anita who runs the office were all loving supportive and helpful. Dr Sinclairs bedside manner is beyond gracious kind and makes you feel like u are his only patient which is what i do in my clinical practice myself so it is wonderful to have an MD like that....Getting home was miserable. I forgot to bring my pain pills. I suggest having someone with you the first day to get you water, help you to the bathroom and just adjust yourself in bed since u have to sleep on your side if you have both face and butt at the same time. I needed pain medication the first day but none after that. Key would be to have someone to help the first day, I didnt and it made it harder. My face is a little too blow fishy but i hope it calms down my waist and butt look perfect these pics were taken the second day

cheeks lips and laugh lines...the laugh lines were a surprise as well as the bottom lip. He said I had more fat then he expected:))))

your whole stomach really looks nice waist you don't even look swollen remember they always have to put more because you will lose some your face and skin looks good go back and look at some younger pictures of yourself and I bet you will be happy keep us all updated

Wow! I'm schedule to have a fat transfer to my face, breast, butt. I,m over 58 and in pretty good shape. Did your PS suggest a tommy tuck, as mine did? I have no torn muscles in my abdomen from previous pregnancies, so I feel a TT isn't necessary. I want to get through this with less pain and down time as possible. Any thoughts ladies?

I'm just turning 50 tomorrow so it's nice to see some women my age also interested. It's seems the majority are younger. If you don't think you need the TT don't do it. I had one and the recovery is very long. I had swelling up to 6 months after surgery. Or maybe get the less invasive where they just remove excess skin instead of cutting the muscles.

I will let you know after wednesday. I am in great shape for my age but just cant get rid of some of this and lift some of that. So there wont be a remarkable difference but I will notice, I hope!
So far I am comfortable, very comfortable with this doctor and his staff Anita, always friendly, respectful, not pushy, not looking at their watch when u get them in the room to discuss. We shall see, Wish me luck

I have seen lots of bbl but I hope you post pics of your face before and after fat grafts. I was considering a liqued face lift but I heard that the fat is better results and longer lasting

Good luck! I had fat transfer in November to my cheeks but not the several other areas of my face that need it. I am looking forward to you results. It was not painful at all but I do not know if the fat transfer to the butt is painful.
