Disappointed in Office Staff
I have been trying for over a month now to obtain the rest of my receipts to submit to my Heath Insurance. Unfortunately no one can respond to my emails anymore, beware if you are trying to recover some of your money after having surgery the Office Staff suddenly developes amnesia and forgets how they reassure you that any paperwork or health insurance can easily be handled by them.
I wonder if the Doctors know how their patients are discarded after surgery and payment.

I had a labia minora reduction 5 weeks ago along with other procedures to treat pelvic organ prolapse. I am so happy with the result, I feel more comfortable with the way I look and the way my clothes fit. Dr Miklos made me feel very comfortable with my decision and explained all of the risks to me. After the surgery he told me that he thought I would be very happy with the result and he was right, I am. I still look very natural and the surgery and healing has been a breeze. Dr Miklos and Dr Moore have changed my life for the better not only with the labiaplasty but the other surgeries they performed as the prolapse was very negatively affecting my life. I feel lighter and 20 years younger. It is very scary to go out of your home Country for a surgery but sometimes it's necessary when your own Country has wait times of 12-18 months just to see a surgeon. Dr Miklos and Dr Moore truly care about what they are doing. They are constantly trying to improve their procedures as I was also asked to be part of a study. I found them both to be very concerned about the patients' welfare and their satisfaction with the outcome of their surgeries
