Very conservative arm lipo approach & definitely not enough was taken out

My history: Did sports and went to gym regularly. Weight has stayed around 130-137 for 17 years now.
I have always been at a pretty small weight and size my entire life, however my arms were the one part of me that looked un-proportionally big compared to the rest of my body. I considered doing liposuction in my arms and finally got the guts to have the procedure done. I found a board certified, highly rated and reviewed doctor in Beverly Hills to do the liposuction.
Aftercare: I wore my compression garment 24 hours a day for 2months, but have not worn it since. I took a lot of ibuprofen to help the swelling and I massaged my arm often as that is supposed to prevent lumps and bumps from happening. My arms have no lumps or bumps or tracks, or anything to show that I have lipo done which is totally awesome!! Also my incision marks are teeny and not noticeable unless your are really looking for it. But...it also looks the same as before surgery.
It has been 4 months so far, but I do not really see a difference yet. If anyone can share their experiences on how long arm lipo takes to heal, that would be much appreciated. I heard that the arm can be one of the spots where skin has a difficult time tightening up.
I wish I would have looked at the fat collection canister after the procedure, but I was out of it and forgot! Then I could have kind of gauged how much fat was actually removed.
Posted below are pictures of me at 2 months post surgery (striped dress) and current (December 16).
I'm worried about current results, but I am patiently waiting for the full 6 months before I get very concerned.
I will post before-surgery pictures in my next post.

Pre and 2 Months Post Op. New pictures
Here are my pictures before and after that surgery. I definitely remember my arms being pretty sore and swollen. Although now I'm not sure if it is swelling since my arms look around the same? Anywho if anyone can share with me their experiences I would really appreciate it.
I'm hoping this doesn't mean I need a redo or do I need to do an actual arm lift?

I can see a difference. I've not had the procedure yet, but scheduled for next Tuesday. I am certainly no expert, but I think they look great.

4 mo. post op pictures. arm laser liposuction.
Here are pictures I took today 4 months post op.
There is not much improvement at all from pre-op, but my doctor told me that my arm is pretty much completely healed at this point. Not sure what is going on but I am really disappointed to say the least.

I definitely see a difference. You appear to be tiny-so only so much you can squeeze out of an already tiny arm! You look great! The biggest difference I see is the tightness from what some of us older ladies call the "bat wing" area. There wasn't much there to begin with, but what was there appears to gone. Don't be so hard on yourself! You appear to have a fabulous figure!
