2 weeks post op!!

I am currently two weeks post op TT with muscle repair, lipo in the abdomen flanks and arms, and breast lift with silicone implants in front of muscle. My drains are out and I am off all meds with the exception of arnica. My amazing doctor has said I am healing well and I still have swelling going on. I still can't stand up straight, which is so irritating. But everyday it gets better. There's no pain and I've started applying scar cream that my dr gave me. It's the biocranm cream and it's been working great. I have random muscle spasm in my abs. I'm sleeping in my bed propped up with some pilllows. Started massaging my breast according to the way my dr instructed me. Overall I'd say everything is going well. It's just the standing up straight part that's driving me crazy!

10 day post op

So I'm about 10 days post op and believe me when I say it gets better everyday. I'm still not able to to stand fully upright/straight, but I can do a lot more. I have absolutely zero pain anywhere. My breast have literally dropped in place already. I'm so totally shocked at how well my recovery has been going, I'm constantly waiting for something bad to happen. I do, however, have bruising on my breasts where the incision was made to put in the implants. I had my implants placed above the muscle because I have so much breast tissue they just did so me any justice to put behind muscle. That's really the only downfall I have currently. I get my drains out today and there's really nothing coming out of them. Maybe 2.5-1 cc. I'm done with my antibiotics, off pain pills, off muscle relaxers. I still sleep in the recliner but don't need any help getting out. I just can't wait to get these drains out and be able to walk upright 100%. I am truly fortunate to be able to have the full mommy makeover and grateful to be able to bounce back so soon. I am just wondering when everyone else felt they were able to start cleaning, lifting their arms above their head (to put on a tshirt), wear regular bras, and stand up straight?

3 days post op

So I had a lipo to my arms, flanks, abdomen along with a full tummy tuck and breast lift with implants. My doctor and I discussed 450-500cc silicone implants (gummy bear) accompanied by an anchor or lollipop lift. Well after watching my procedure (my doctor snap chats for educational purposes) I found out that my doctor performed the benneli lift with gortex sutures. I can not begin to talk about how rejoiced I am that I have no scarring. I wanted to cry watching my procedure being done. Everything went as I had dreamed of. He countered my waist so good and my arms. The first day of surgery I was still groggy from anesthesia but just felt lots of pressure. I went to stay at serenity recovery center in Santa Monica and believe me when I say it was worth it!! I am still here at the recovery center and every day has gotten easier. I have had no pain at all. Only lots of pressure and swelling. I did cough however on my 2nd day and it hurt but I was able to contain it. Don't think I ripped anything. My drains are right about my vagina and only one has been a nuisance. I'm draining about 25-10cc from each. I have a compression garment around my stomach with foam padding everywhere. It's super tight but I know it's for a reason. I am passing gas which is to be expected and good. It relieves the pressure when I do. My breast are super swollen and the nurses here keep checking them. I'm taking a norco once every 6 hours and then one flexoral before bed. That all I'm taking for pain management. I'm taking my arnica 4x a day which has been helping. I hope to continue the arnica when I get discharged tomorrow. That all for now. Everything is going really well and super manageable.

My husband and I chose Dr Firouz for one main reason, his morals towards safety. He told me specifically what would happen and what I needed. He was honest and didn't attempt to up sell us. He was also very respectful to my husbands wants for the final image. I can not wait for my surgery date.
