I'm 26 years old and mother of two.
I have always have large breasts for my small frame. My last baby was 8 years ago and my breasts have changed since then. I went from 34DD and 100 pounds befor kids to 34DD and 130 pounds but very saggy breasts.
I'm concern with the scars this procedure will leave. And whether this will be the right procedure for me
My doctor recommended breast lift with 300 cc implant also liposuction

Your breasts are beautiful, they don't look saggy at all in these pictures. They do look like they are pendulous type breasts, and possible dense breast tissue.

I would not have any surgery. You will most certainly end up with scars, scar tissue. You don't mention how tall you are but you most likely aren't very much overweight either. If you were to lose weight there is a good chance your breasts will get smaller too. You are very young and your skin will still shrink.

Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Did your doctor recommend a certain type of lift, and did he indicate whether the implants will be placed over or under the muscle?
