Dr. Dass and his team were awesome to work with. They were all very nice and attentive. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted and answered them all thoroughly. He asked me what my desired results were and gave me realistic expectations about end results. I never once felt rushed or pressured to go through with the surgery. Communication with Dr. Dass and his team was awesome before and after surgery. So far, overall, I've had a positive experience!

Alright guys, I'm trying to get the hang of posting my updates, so bare with me.
So I spent a lot of time researching on this procedure back in January and came across Dr. Dass and his work and fell in love. I loved his consistent amazing work judging by the pictures on his website, pictures on this site, and also from the girls that work in his office. I used this site the most to get the best idea and to see as many pictures possible of his work and figured I will post my journey so others can use it to get a feel for their journey.
I had a consultation with Dr. Dass back in February. I remember his calm demeanor and how confident he was with his work when I asked about it. I read that he had a keen eye for details and you can tell he is a perfectionist by the way he carries himself; and those two things were big on what I was looking for in a surgeon. During our consultation, I did bring my iPad with wish pics, but our conversation went so well that I never even pulled them out. I am considered petite, I was 115lbs, 5'2. I honestly didn't think he was even going to consider doing the procedure on me because I felt like I may not have had much fat to work with. He examined my body and gave me realistic expectations. I was a little bummed because I knew I didn't have much to work anyway, but he reassured me that with petite girls, there may not be dramatic changes, but the sculpting will be enough to notice a beautiful and pretty body. Never once did he pressure me into doing the procedure. He quoted me, and immediately my husband was like, "He's the one! You should go ahead and book the surgery." So I did, and it was the best thing I've ever done! We put money down and planned for the surgery date to be in May, but then things came up and I wasn't able to take time off for work so we pushed it to Aug 14.

Pre-op!

So this day was 2 weeks before my actual scheduled surgery date, July 31st. I was weighed and BP was checked. Weight was 115, which I have maintained since February and a year before then. Dr. Dass didn't recommend gaining any weight so I didn't. Dr. Dass and I went over what I my desired look was and it literally was: the smallest waist you can give me with the biggest booty you can give me! LOL He examined my body, and again told me that I'm a good candidate and that I'll be happy with results (he said a lot more, but I was so excited and nervous that I forgot most of everything), but they were all good things. I met with Angela (she's awesome! and reassured me I was in great hands) who gave me my "goodies" bag. The bag included antibiotics, phenergan for nausea/vomitting, prescription for pain meds, and Arnica cream and pellets for pain/swelling/bruising. It was starting to feel real!! Unfortunately, I didn't take many pictures of myself before surgery... But the ones that I've included with this post are my "before" pictures the night before surgery. I should've taken the sports bra off, but that didn't cross my mind that night.

I forgot to mention that I had lower back dermals that I had removed the beginning of July which ended up being the 2 incision areas that Dr. Dass used so that I wouldn't have unnecessary "extra" scars. I plan on having my dermals put back in once I'm all healed. :)
