Post-op week 6!!

For some reason my pictures didn't upload with the last post. Here are the before and week 6 pictures to compare. I still cannot believe how much my body has changed. I absolutely love it! The pictures really don't do it justice!

Post-op week 6!!

I had my 6 week follow up appt with Dr. Dass today. I wore a dress that hugged my curves to the appt and felt so good when I arrived to the office as everyone complimented my body. One of the girls in the office did a little photoshoot with me, it was a fun experience as we all giggled and laughed. She had to teach me how to pose because I got camera shy. LOL. I may or may not be on his Instagram ;) I seriously love Dr. Dass and all the girls that work with him!

I was taken to a room and told to change into a pair of panties and robe that was provided. As soon as I saw Dr. Dass, I thanked him from the bottom of my heart. He seriously has changed my life. I am so happy with my results and am so confident in myself now. I can tell he was proud of his work when I took the robe off for him to examine my body, and he should be! He did such a great job.

The scars on my lower back are still a little big, but will fade over time and it's because I had dermals there before the procedure. Once all healed, I will have them put back in.

I slacked on posting some updates since my last one. Nothing much happened between weeks 2 and 6. I pretty much just waited out my recovery period. I didn't measure myself because I didn't want to go crazy over changes in numbers because I knew they'd change due to the reduction of swelling. As long as my booty was still there the next day, I was fine. lol I wore my garments religiously everyday. I started lightly massaging my abdomen at 3 weeks. No lumps or bumps. I never once sat down during the recovery period nor did I sleep on my back. I was very strict about that. As soon as week 6 hit, I sat down for the very first time and it felt so weird. I also marked my calendar for the week 6 mark because I was counting down to the day I could sleep on my back and let me tell you.... I have converted myself to a stomach sleeper. LOL sleeping on my back that night was so uncomfortable!

These are my before and after pictures taken at the office. The pictures don't do my booty justice. It looks so good in person!!

Post-op week 1!!

I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Dass today. My body is healing well, still some swelling which is expected. There were no fluid pockets, but I'm still not out of the clear until all swelling goes down. No lumps/bumps. I'm praying those don't show up ever. Dr. Dass handed me my week 2 garment and scar cream to use next week. I hear those are more comfortable to wear, so I'm excited about that. We made my follow up appointment for week 6, so count down for that starts nowwww, because that's when all restrictions are lifted! Most girls want to show off their body, but I seriously cannot wait to sleep on my back!!
Here are a couple of week 1 pics. Bruising is going away. I feel like my hips are a little too wide, but it's definitely still swollen there so I won't go crazy about it. My body definitely looks different so it's taking some getting used to. I love my booty though!
That's all the pics I have for now. Next update will probably be post-op week 2! :)
