Recovery is definitely a challenge. I have no idea why I thought this surgery would be a piece of cake. However, I'm so glad I went with Dr. Hazani. He and his staff are so warm and helped me with through this process. Here are a few pics I took today. I've been giving myself my lymphatic massages and the more I massage the frequently I have to go and get drained. So my lower tummy is bloated with fluid. I'm loving my results.
8 days post BBL
Besides the recovery I'm pretty happy with my results. Everyday is a challenge. I haven't bruised much yet. My bra and back fat is now gone. He really made my waist smaller. He's really that good. I was really very boxy.
On the other side of things, the recovery pain is dreadful. Day 6-8 have been the worst for me. My bottom doesn't hurt at all. It's hard but not so much pain. My torso is super sensitive (OMG) and the massages help. My lower abs where I accumulate fluid hurts the most. I've seen Dr. Hazani to remove the fluid (~5L). I may have to go one more time before going back to San Francisco. Everyone recovery is different. He put 960cc in each side, just was just enough for me.
I stop taking my prescribed meds due to constipation. This process has been a roller coaster for me. I wouldn't have made it without my mom.

Fluid accumulation and scar tissue in the lower abs
I'm day 6 post sx for a BBL and I'm having the worst pains. I thought everything went smooth. Until about yesterday. Now I'm accumulating a load of fluid above my vaginal that was drained two days ago and now it has returned double the trouble. I also feel some scar tissues forming there too that's hard and is only on one side. I'm sure if this part of normal healing process. It looks weird. Here's a few pictures. I emailed Dr.Hazani and I'm still waiting on a visit before returning home. If this don't get better I may have to follow up with a doctor back home in San Francisco. I need to get back to work.
