Horrible Experience!

I have never written a review but made an account just for this, so someone else doesn't make the mistake I did. I came here last week wanting to love it. I have been to every doctor in town and decided to try Epione after some transformations I had seen online, particularly around the jawline. The facility itself is gorgeous and after a lot of good (celebrity) endorsements, I believed I was in capable hands. I'm getting married in six weeks and wanted to do my lips, jawline and a little botox brow lift.

I was presented with the prices which are absolutely absurd ($3900 for lips, $1800 for brows, $5500 for jawline, not including another $5500 for chin...) but in the moment I thought maybe you get what you pay for. I rationalized that since I was treating myself for my WEDDING, I'd go for the lips and brows.

Dr. Ourian was friendly but I felt a little uneasy about the speed at which he was injecting. It felt like he didn't really look at my face and just pricked me all over with the needle. He was in and out really quickly and I was left feeling a little stunned and a lot swollen.
The real trouble started a couple of days after. I had bruises all over my face where the needle went in (including all over my forehead) and had a massive black eye (which I still have over a week after). This has never happened to me and I've been getting botox and filler for years. More troubling, there was ZERO change in my lips. Like nothing at all. They weren't even swollen. But now, after 10 days, my eyebrows are drooping so far down my forehead that I can't open my eyes fully. I literally have no eyelids anymore.

I went to another doctor who said my brows are at least 3mm too low and will get lower. I have to take prescription eyedrops to help my eyelids open but they don't help very much because the trouble is in my forehead. I have to get laser on my forehead to try to stimulate the muscle. While these treatments may help a little, the only real treatment is time and unfortunately the botox won't wear off before my wedding.

When I complained to the office (which I also have never done in my life) they said it can take 6-8 weeks for filler to "settle" (in lips...except there is nothing there) and offered to touch up the botox. Since I obviously have way too much botox in all the wrong places this is the last thing I need.

I really hate to write a review like this but I paid almost $6000 for nothing but some droopy eyes. It isn't the end of the world because at the end of the day it is just vanity, but it is heartbreaking especially before my wedding.

UPDATE

Almost 3 weeks after my brows are sagging, I still have a bruised under eye, and my lips are the exact same - if not smaller - than before I got treatment. Such. A. Scam.
