How long did it take to see some results? Was it a gradual process?
I saw result in 3 months. It was a gradual process. It's the bet thing I've ever done!!!
The doc who did it please?
I'm went Dr. Leif Rogers in Beverly Hills. You'll love the result, it's absolutely astounding!
Ahhhh.... I thought so. Lief has been telling me to do it too. I was told today by their office that his partner Dr. Nima supposedly has done more than anyone in the nation.
Nima is fantastic- I adore him. Carrie did mine. Yay!!!
Yes, he is. Carrie huh? I understand if she does it, it's a lot less than either Lief or Nima. Do you mind telling me what you were charged by having Carrie do it?
Where did you get it done , how much time did you half to take off and $...You look great!
Thanks. At DR. Leif Rogers office in Beverly Hills. I recovered in five aye and I worked the entire time. I felt fine. I'd call them for the price.
You look wonderful! :-)

I'm 49 years old and my skin is beginning to show it's age. I've seen the results on two other people from the Profound, and really wanted to try it.
From my understanding -- Profound gives results everytime. With varying degrees, but 100 percent of the time is astounding for a noninvasive treatment.
I expected for the down time to be fairly long, well it wasn't for me. By day four my face was pretty much back to normal.
There was little to no pain during the procedure--- and definitely none afterwards either.
I am so looking forward to see how my skin improves over the next few weeks!

Thank you for joining us to share your journey -- so excited for you! Nice to hear that your downtime was easier than anticipated! What are your best recovery tips?
This may be a repeat reply, and if so I'm sorry.

I used a Hawaiian product called kukui nut oil daily after my treatment; it's supposed to aid in healing. BUT my favorite action post cleansing my face in the morning was using my washcloth to massage my face. It felt so amazing! That's all I did and my skin looked back to normal in six days. Wow!
I am having it done this week.. on Monday, so i should be ok for an event on Saturday?
Hi. I had it done on Monday 10-1-18 and There is NO Way I would go out tomorrow! I’m 4 days post procedure (day 0) I figure another 5-7 days before I feel like being seen !
You look great! Do you have any more recent photos? (The last one was from December 2016). I'm thinking of giving it a try. :-)
Just posted a pic from last week!!!
Thanks for sharing!! Did profound cause any volume or facial fat lose?
On the contrary, it created volume over time!!!
Can I ask you something, OP? If you had achieved the "jawline of your dreams" over a year before your Profound procedure -- as you state in your other review -- then why did you feel the need to do the Profound? I got the impression that Profound was to tighten jawlines, mostly. You wanted to tighten facial skin above and beyond your results from ArteFill and the 2 CO2 laser treatments? I want to get CO2 for myself. So far I can't get a dermatologist to do a CO2 on my face as they say it's more ablative than I need. You had acne scarring though, so that could be why. I'm just wondering how someone could have 2 CO2 procedures and still feel the need to get Profound a year later. It could be as simple as -- you enjoy refining your appearance and that's wonderful, and you look wonderful. Cheers.
Wow. The first half of your question doesn’t read well. It sounds pretty judgmental and my choices are no one’s business so no - I will no answer why? Of your approach had been kinder then yes - I would have told you why. Hell no. However, about the Co2, it’s very intense and is designed for resurfacing - it thins skin over time and as you age thinner skin is not what any of of want. However, if you want it, find a reputable Doctor like the two I have recommended and go see them. It’s your face and your money. Just don’t come across so nasty, the fare of your face is in their hands.
I'm truly sorry if I sound judgmental. I'm confused and digging into some of the Profound reviews on RealSelf, with my only objective being to sort out what real people's experiences and results have been like. I had Profound done on 2/14/19 towards the goal of tightening skin around my chin/neck and firming up my jawline. I've tried to find a doctor to do CO2 for me, as I'd like to remove some creepiness in my skin. Several highly recommended dermatologists wouldn't do it for me, and also one of them said she wouldn't do it if I was going to have Profound. You're one of the only people I've come across who've had both of these skin tightening/resurfacing treatments that I'm also personally interested in having, or have had done. I wondered what your goal was with "stacking" these particular treatments.

This conversation would have gone much better in person, I'm sure. I'm sorry for making you feel in any way judged. Thank you for your Reply.
