Disappointing will not return to BHMG

2 years later I Returned to Manila for check up and 1 repair
What a disappointment from Beverly Hill Medical Group, Makati Phillipines, , I Had upper & lower crowns fitted August 2014, I was returning to BHMG for dental check up and re cement 1 crown. In June 2016, I requested to make an appointment with them as I was returning to Philippines , so an appointment was scheduled for 29 September with another Dentist which was OK has Dr Mendoza was away has per Email. 24 hrs before my appointment I was informed by EMAIL that I was not to attend the Clinic as Dr Mendoza was responsible for my teeth..... (this is Incorrect has my business was with BHMG Makati.) So I had no Appointment thanks to the Management of BHMG, My Schedule was now disrupted. I managed to track down Dr Teresa Mendoza who originally carried out the procedure at BHMG Makati in August 2014, I was fortunate enough to continue with my Schedule has Dr Mendoza was happy to check my teeth even though it was BHMG Responsibility and gaurantee. I will certainly, will NOT recommend BHMG for any dental work has they have really Pissed me OFF with there attitude after paying them just under 500000 Peso about $10000.00 AUD..... Where is the customer service.
So BHMG Makati, I am absolutely dissapointed in your actions and the way I was treated prior to my scheduled appointment..
So for those that need dental work I highly recommend Dr Teresa Mendoza, She has opened her own clinic, DIO IMPLANT Philippines now situated at Unit 712 Centuria Medical Makati Kalayaan, Makati City, Email: mendoza.doctess@gmail.com

Hello Dr Susanah and Dr Teresa
It has been 7 weeks since I received my new and overwhelming smile, I can't thank you enough for the communication, understanding and professionalism from you and of the Staff, always smiling, caring and friendly, and even the gentlemen at the gate.
I was a little apprehensive about having dental surgery away from home, constantly researching on the Internet for the last 8 years, and always afraid of taking that first step, when one day I decided I will travel to the Philippines (Manila) and see for myself.
This was just a visit for consultation and then I was off to do some recreational Diving.
I arrived at BHMG and to my surprise on entry (the Foyer was huge, clean and tidy and the wonderful smile from the reception staff. I filled out the required documents, straight into X-Rays and then on the Dentist Chair for my check up and consultation with Dr Tess, I had questions and Dr Tess gave me the answers.
WOW.... I was in heaven, no longer confused, no more researching; this is where I am getting my new smile.... then the Quote on what it would cost. I was given several options which was fantastic and compared to the cost back home in Australia, it was a Massive cost saving to me. I returned back to Australia, and discussed the procedure with my family; I decided that it was time to make it happen.
3 months later August 2014 I returned to BHMG (Makati City)
This time it was the real deal, Dr Tess and her team began the procedure on Monday 25th August on Friday 29th, the final step to fitting the crowns. When the fitting was complete, I was speechless, was almost in tears with the overwhelming look of my new teeth. What a result in just 5 days, I had the perfect teeth and a smile too add to my face.
The procedure was complete fitting of upper and lower Porcelain Crowns with 2 sets of bridges.
I must add that my wife had 2 Bridges to fill the gaps and teeth whitening at the same time.
Everyone back home that have seen the results are amazed of the work and cost saving. I would certainly recommend BHMG to my friends without hesitation.
Once again a very big thank you to Dr Tess, Dr Susanah and all the staff that participated during this procedure.

Congratulations, and thank you for sharing your experience with us. I'm a little bit confused--were there just crowns at the ends of the bridges, (so your bridges are anchored with crowns)? How many teeth are covered by the bridges and where are they? Were there any implants done at all? Thanks again!

INCLUSIONS: 12 units zirconia crowns for 12 anterior teeth 17 units titanium with porcelain crown and 2 bridges missing teeth were on side 2 lower jaw 1 upper jaw
No Implants has I opted not to go for.

Thank you for sharing! I am also in Australia and have just been recommended to get crowns on 4-6 teeth (at $1,300 a tooth). I would also like an implant but at $3,800 it's just too expensive. Would you mind sharing how much your crowns cost in Phils?

INCLUSIONS:
12 units zirconia crowns for 12 anterior teeth
17 units titanium with porcelain crown and 2 bridges where I had missing Teeth all for a total $9400 compared to 2 quotes in Melbourne from the same dental clinic first quote $40K 2nd quote 12 months later $26K approx.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. That sounds amazing - especially in comparison to the Melbourne quotes (I am also in Melbourne). I'm afraid I don't understand a lot of those terms - I've only been told I need crowns to save my teeth as they are more than 50% filling and starting to crack. But what you've given me is really helpful as I know I can get it much cheaper overseas (including a holiday too!!). Will definitely do more investigation - thanks again :)

Hi, Been thinking of going to Manila PH to get a quote for crown and implant but not quite sure who to approach.. I really appreciate you sharing your good experience so now I don't feel uncomfortable.. I would like to find out the cost to do the treatment in the Philippines through your Doctor....my daughter been using a temporary flipper and need to get an inplant. The cost here in US Mainland is about $6k..could you tell me how to get in contact with Dr. Mendosa in Manila, PH.
