I am SO thrilled, pleased and amazed with Dr. Franklin Richards' expertise, bedside manner and surgical skills. I would not go to any other cosmetic surgeon than Dr. Franklin Richards for the Smart Lipo procedure (or any other procedure for that matter) and have recommended him to many friends. My brother also had a Rhino with Dr. Richards and had fantastic results. Dr. Richards is HIGHLY skilled and knowledgeable. He is also warm, kind, caring, and a great listener.
