Dermapen with an RN. After 3 Weeks I'm Seeing...

No regrets at all. Looking at myself this evening, my mouth is beautifully proportioned because Dr. Talei lifted my top lip perfectly to complement my bottom lip. I don't have "tooth show" because I was 65 and my bottom lip was (and remains) thin. The lift looks very natural. My scar is visible to me, and no one else. One of the stitches is visible if I stretch the area. It doesn't matter-I would do this again in a heartbeat. Photographs don't do justice. I'll be 69 next month and I look much younger. I started a routine in March 2020: daily use of Retin-A (including on my lips and earlobes), Omnilux light therapy on my face and neck, NuFace micro-current, and having my dermatologist remove all of the brown spots from my face using liquid nitrogen. My skin (and my lips) are flawless. Now if I can just get the platysma muscle on my neck, sewn up, I'm good to go. If I do any more invasive procedures, they will be with Dr. Talei. And no one else.

I continue to be 100% thrilled and satisfied. I recently visited a group of friends I haven't seen in years and everyone, to a person, asked me how it is that I don't age. Like I'm gonna tell them?
I know my lip lift is a big part of that. The shape of my mouth is youthful, and believable. My skin is beautiful, hey, no apologies, I take care of it. No sun, at all. Brown spots removed. No wrinkles due to a secret weapon-Premarin Vaginal Cream. NIH did a study and it turns out, this sh*t works on the outside too. My weight has been the same my entire life so, no stretched skin. It all comes together, but the lip lift is the icing on the cake. I will one day post photographs, but they will be taken in the office of Dr. Talei and they will be accurate. I'm tired of looking at too many poorly done B&A photographs posted on this site. They do more harm than good. I recently met a woman who had a lip lift done by a top, top, top Park Avenue surgeon. Three months out and she looked like a rabbit. It was unnatural. As soon as my husband is ready, I'm gonna hit him with the news that I need a Talei vacation. So thrilled to have found a doctor who is a master, who is approachable, and who is young enough to help me defy old age.

After three weeks I think I'm seeing significant changes. The pores on my nose and near the nose are smaller and the slight discoloration on the side of my nose near the top, appears lighter. Ladies, we all know that we see "stuff" no one else notices. We obsess. Count me in.
Ms. Scorpio told me at the outset not to expect much. She said skin that is already good, might not show much improvement. And I believed her. Now....I'm thinking...she wanted to lower my expectations?
Anyway, instead of spending another $500.00 for a treatment, I've been watching countless videos. I especially like Dr. David Lim and Amber Gin. I've been reading. I bought a dermapen and microneedling rollers, numbing cream and serum. I'm jumping in.
