I sorely needed a face lift, but was scared. Scared of having elective surgery that as my internist said, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” But, my face - in its sagging neck and lined lower face - impeded my ability to work - whether in fact, or my own projection.
Dr. Richards team brought me through the process elegantly. My fear vanished as the team explained with great detail the nuances of the process: preparation, surgery and recovery. They actually made it quite easy. The surgery went smoothly, reinforced by Dr. Richards’ artistry, and that it is anesthesia free. My face looks about 15-20 years younger – no more hiding my neck. The recovery is quite quick. And, a month later, at meetings and social events, I have a new confidence, new friends. Someone even said I look “hot.”
